Jackie needs a raise

Jackie needs a raise. She has spoken to me with respect, and kindness, and has been the only person to do this. I have had a rough time trying to get ahold of a live person, as well as canceling my policy, but Jackie has been an absolute angel with going above and beyond to help me and make me feel at ease with canceling this policy. I think it would benefit the company to make the website more user friendly, as well as train the customer service reps to be just like Jackie.

I’m good to go

The gentleman I got my quote from was real helpful and then The girl I spoke to when I started my policy was excellent. I’d be more than happy to spread the word about good to go with Friends and family.
