Stay away! Order placed over 1.5 months ago and no response to multiple emails and no order. Scammers.

Do not order anything from Good2GoCo. I ordered a Water Filter back in Sep 2023 and the service has been positively disgusting. They seemed to have been a reputable company before, as I had ordered items previously and had no trouble, but something has happened and they have become unreliable; they don't keep you posted re your order and make no contact whatsoever. I have asked for a refund of just over $100 Cdn ... will be very surprised if I receive it. Do not order from them!!!!!

I have order over $5000.00 worth of stuff from them and they have not fulfilled my order not are they responding to my emails. I am currently in the process of trying to dispute the transactions through my bank.

Google map it!! It doesn't exist!! No wonder you can't get a reply or your order. Been waiting for 5 months for items same excuse always out of stock. When ask for refund you get silence. Buyer beware this company is a scam. Log complaint with BBB and your credit card company it is your only chance to see your money again.

Is this even a real shop? Non-existent customer service. No news about my order. I will just contest the transaction with Mastercard.

This company are scammers and liars! Claim to be a family business and that we are important to them. What a croc of crap!
Have been waiting on two large value items from an order placed on 20th October 2023. Despite multiple promises of delivery and multiple excuses, as of 15th February the items have not been received. No response to emails and unsurprisingly I cannot get through on the telephone line provided.
Thankfully we are fortunate to have coverage from our card provider.
Awful customer service. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE CHARLATANS!

My wife and I ordered a Black Walnut cracker ($170) from the online store in October 2023. They took our payment with no inventory and after inquiry a promise of fulfilling the order. Then complete silence. We followed up many times' since then with promises of delivery and then when that did not materialize, PROMISES OF REFUND AND AS WITH MOST RECENT REVIEWS NO RESPONSES, NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT. THAT IS A DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE. NOTING THEMSELVES AS A "FAMILY" BUSINESS AS IF TO GAIN SYMAPTHY FOR THEIR INEPT ABILITY TO SERVICE CLIENTS IS GARBAGE AND AN INSULT TO FAMILIES EVERYWHERE. THINKING WE WOULD FORGIVE THEM BECAUSE IT'S A FAMILY BUSINESS. A FAMILY OF DISHONEST CROOKS WHO SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR RIPPING OFF EVEREYONE HERE AND US, AN ELDRLY RETIRED COUPLE WHO WANTED A NICE CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS.

They are scam artists they took my $5823.99 order and then all I received was emails saying order is delayed. I tried phoning just get automated answering machine telling you to email, cannot leave message on machine. Email just gets an auto response email saying they are busy and get in touch which they do not!
Their web site is still taking orders so, so now I will Have to go to the police

I have ordered from this company in the past and they have been exceptionally good. I was just about to order from them again... They are getting 3 stars and not 5 because I now see all the recent 1 star reviews and I will not order from them again until they get their act together.

Like a bunch of others I have ordered from them in the past but an order I placed in January I have only gotten a confirmation and nothing since then. Hope everyone is ok.
I have emailed a bunch and received zero response; so I have contacted my CC

I'm not sure what happened to this company... but they have gone completely downhill... don't answer emails or the phone. I ordered in November and emailed them several times and still no response or order! I also had to file a claim against them with my credit card company so beware and steer clear! I will not be ordering from them or recommending them to any of my friends!

Run, don't walk fro this company. They take your money and then it's nothing but silence and no delivery.

I have placed orders before and my items were sent promptly and had no issues.

More recently I have had the same experience as others reviewing this site. Going to contact my credit card company and try to get these charges reversed because like others all I got was an order confirmation email then no follow up and no reply to my emails inquiring about my order.

Good2goco's customer service has significantly suffered this past year. I have placed and received ordered from them before without any issue. But my order placed December 28, 2023 still has not arrived and no indication of when it will arrive. There is no way to reach anyone live. I sent an email inquiry to their general email and an automated response indicated I'd receive a reply within 3 biz days. It's now been 1 1/2 months and still no reply. So I had to initiate a claim with my credit card company to get the payment reversed. Such a hassle. I will never be ordering from them again.

Scam website as far as I can tell. Unable to get any communication from them and on month 3 waiting for my order. Let’s just say the Xmas present never made it.

I should have checked the reviews before ordering, what a shame! like the others I ordered and never received anything! Augason Farm is responsible too!! their site praises them because they are one of the only resellers in Canada

Do not buy from this company. You'll probably never get your items but they will take your money anyway.
I ordered few things from them online on Oct 2023, I never received anything but they charged my credit card. I'm going to fill a complaint with Better Business Bureau, hopefully they're going to stop this scam.

Placed an order on 13, December, 2023. Its now 04, February 2024 and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them three times and tried to call once. The only response I've gotten has been an automated email stating that they will respond within 7 business days. Be warned and take your business elsewhere.

This company is a scam. They ripped me off for $1,300. They will not fill my order from December. They do noT answer their phone nor will they answer their email.
FRAUD ARTISTS! STAY AWAY!

Order end of October and till today February 2 haven't hear from them as per other reviews they don't answer emails or calls.
