Extremely late and zero accountability.

Still waiting on my package to arrive, and it's over 1 month late. Just called to ask how long it is going to take to find out that this item is on back order and they didn't have that listed on their website. It will likely be another month, so 3 months for your package to come.

Unlike more reputable websites, the customer service here offered little compassion and zero solution, or even a future discount.

Thought i was supporting a great business but the feeling isn't reciprocal.

Not shopping here again.

Update: they reached out and apologized…I valued their apology so I changed rating from 1 to 3.I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this company showing me how little they value me and my dog and my 400$. I put an order in September 1. No one let me know the item was out of stock. Then they string me along. The shipping software was down. Then it was fixed. But my item was still not shipped. Now 32 days later I have asked for a refund. I’m taking my business somewhere where I am valued .

Great Canadian Dealer

Great experience overall. Items shipped within 2 weeks, arrived in great condition. I was a little worried about long delivery times and unexpected shipping fees after reading other customer’s reviews but Good2GoCo did not disappoint. No extra fees, shipping was prompt and they even threw in a free emergency blanket along with a handwritten thank you note. Keep up the great work, I would happily order from them again!

False advertisment and Poor customer service

Falsely advertise free shipping. Poor customer service and generic responses. I've never had so much trouble to get my order and to get in touch with a companies customer service in my entire life.

I place my order on July 24. After a week of nothing moving, I emailed... no answers for a couple a days. The week after, they email me telling me that the shipping fees for my order is 35$ but that they will "kindly" pay for 20$ and I have to pay for the balance of 15$ (plus tax). When I made the purchase it was free shipping... They tried to explain that in "the find prints" (that I was unable to find on their website) it says that it is subject to any changes without notice. So they told me if I dont pay for the extra shipping, they will not ship my order and that AS SOON AS I PAY, they will ship it.
So I went on and paid the extra fees.
Another week went by... no shipping, no tracking.. I email them, and it's an other bunch of excuses, this tike it's because of a new "computer system"... They told me that they would ship my order NEXT WEEK...

Finaly emailed them to cancel everything, because my order will not be able to arrive on time for my camping trip even if they would ship it today... Still waiting on a response (wish me luck)... And of course when you call the toll free number, it makes you wait a while and goes to voicemail...

As a person who shops online a lot and loves to shop at canadian business... I'm disapointed and cannot believe this is happening... I will never again do business with them. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER...

I have recently made my first purchase…

I have recently made my first purchase from Good2Goco I had to make a change and contacted customer service the very next day. They responded quickly with great customer service. I just recieved my order aswell it came alot quicker than I expected. Everything came as ordered. I'm sorry to hear that people have had bad experiences but that is definitely not the case for me. 5 star rating all the way thank you.

These people are thieves

These people are thieves. That’s what you call it when you order products from them and they never arrive. They’ll say 7-10 days to fulfill your order and then you find it’s out of stock. Then you’ll wait months for it to arrive and it never will.

Not sure what all the negative reviews…

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but yeah, they're busy. That should tell you enough ppl are buying from them to cause delays with your shipment. Don't like it, buy from Amazon and hope your stuff isn't a knock off or damaged. I have purchased many items from Good2Go and while I've waited for these items, not always, but I've had a great experience every time. I love the little extra complimentary item they send with your order too. Recently ordered a pelican elite cooler which wasn't going to make it to me in time for my camping trip, 1 email and the rep got my order sent to me in time for my trip. Great company, great service. 5/5

Good2Go is not a good entity to buy…

Good2Go is not a good entity to buy from - they are unreliable. This confirms so many other poor reviews. My order was to be have been shipped within 10 days of ordering, but was not. i followed up through an email after 12 days, only to be notified on day 13 that some products were on backorder. Their website should have mentioned that at the time of placing the order. I had stated that my order was time sensitive when I placed it, to no avail. Trying to reach them by phone is a waste of time - on hold for too long, and they only return your vmail message within three days. How is this good or professional service. My advice is to steer clear from this business, unless you have an eternity to wait for your products, with no reasonable ETA.

Don't waste your time.....

Don't waste your time with this company. I should have followed my gut when I saw the statement about 7 to 10 day processing time. Absolutely ridiculous it's been 13 days since I ordered and not a peep from this company now no response to my emails. I'll have to try and cancel the order through my credit card company.

Won't get your stuff anytime soon

I ordered bags from these guys wanting to support Canadian biz and was aware there was going to be 7-10 days before they processed my order as it states on the website. I could wait an extra 10 days, no problem. 14 days later I inquired if it was going to be shipped, and the customer service person was very applogetic and gave me the same sing-song they've been singing to other previous customers on here since Sept. saying they're short staffed blah blah blah. I waited 2 more weeks and sent another email requesting a refund, which to their credit they promptly did do. If you can't provide service, why are you taking people's money? YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS. Learn how to do business because you definitely aren't getting mine ever again.

Customer service is unacceptable!

Wishing I read reviews before placing my order with this company. I made my first purchase and it will be my last!
I strive to support Canadian companies but not at the expense of this kind of hassle, inconvenience, and lack of customer service. I am NOT a satisfied customer! They have my money and I have a damaged product!
This is my current experience with a damaged Long Term Storage Food Tin item. I will note: ALL EMAILS WERE SET WITH "HIGH IMPORTANCE". Received my order April 6/22. Contacted them immediately through “contact us” on their website then followed up with an email to attach 4 photos of the damaged item. Got a reply April 7/22 asking for photos of the box it came in so it could be sent to their claims department. I sent the photos of the box on April 8/22. I forwarded that same email on April 12/22 and asked for an update - heard nothing. On April 13/22 I phoned the company. During the phone call, I received excuses how they are so busy and not even answering emails at times. It appeared that my emails from Apr 8 & 12th were not read. I was told my email was going to be sent to the "manager" for a decision in how to handle this; I would likely get 2 options for a resolution but they couldn’t speak more about it. They couldn’t make a resolve, it was up to the manager and I may not get a reply that day…busy, in meetings, whatever. April 20/22, still no response. So, I sent yet another email telling them I want a refund on the damaged item. I was not prepared to accept any kind of discount offer as this item is intended solely for long term storage emergency use. The item is in a damaged state and does not meet my needs as intended. I informed them how disappointed I was with their lack of customer service and how concerned I was that I still had items on that order to be fulfilled and that if received damaged or not received at all, I would have to go through all this aggravation again. I also informed them that for the hassle to be continually contacting the company, the inconvenience for the delay in response/no response because of poor customer service, I will be sharing this on all social media platforms I'm on and every site that I can share my truthful review on.
This should be a QUICK, SIMPLE, HASSLE FREE solution - send me a return mailing label to send the damaged item back and refund my money. This is not rocket science! I doubt I'm the ONLY person who ever had a damaged item in their order. I get it that times are challenging. busy, etc, etc…but those excuses only holds water for so long. There is a very clear problem within their company and quite frankly, it’s not my problem. Yet, they make their problem my problem with their inability to provide customer service. Customers want communication. Customers want service not recycled excuses. Customers want a problem made right in a timely fashion.
It appears that by reviews I’ve been reading and some of the company responses to those reviews, as old as 2 yrs, the company has made little effort to improve their customer service, nor do they value and care about their customers b/c these similar bad experiences are still happening. This company better pull up their socks because people WILL spend their hard earned money on these expensive prepper items somewhere else and I will be encouraging them to do so.

EDIT: May 2022 - the day after I posted my review and sent my email, I got an email response with apologies, notice of refund of the damaged item as well as an offer of a $75 gift card of which I did not respond to the email. Then days later a phone message which I did not return. Another email a couple weeks later inquiring if I'm interested in their offer of a gift card in which I responded NO. I do not intend to sound like a bitter Betty and I am a reasonable person however, it's too little too late as a reasonable response time should have been met at the start of this, NOT when I said I was posting my review of the experience. I can't be bribed. You know the saying...fool me once, fool me twice. I've since taken my business elsewhere and I wish no ill will to the company but encourage them to DO BETTER by their customers from this point forward.

Ordered a smoker and a tarp to cover…

Ordered a smoker and a tarp to cover it. The total purchase of the items came to about 1400.00 dollars. The order was made on the 3rd of March 2022, and received it in April. It said free delivery, nope it was not. Was told that I had to pay partial cost for delivery. Was never kept up to date about date of delivery,started to get worried about my purchase. All I can say is never again, will I deal with them.

Professional customer care

I purchased equipment that I realized would not work ever before it was sent. The customer service was personalized and professional. There was a slight delay in processing refund as they ensured that this was really the request. I would definitely recommend this canadian company.

My first experience with this company…

My first experience with this company and, well, not a good first impression. On December 10, 2021 I ordered two containers of cheese powder (don't get me started on THAT snafu), received an email Dec. 23, 2021 informing me it's on its way, only to receive it on Jan. 4, 2022. Now, I know being Christmas season and all, I WAS forewarned that it could take 7-10 days, but really... practically a whole month? We're even in the same country. I only wish I could return my purchase, even just the unopened container but no food items are returnable. Bye bye $100+ 🥵

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELAYED AND/OR NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT.
I placed an order with this company on Dec23 not expecting immediate shipping but they posted on shipment would be 7-10 days. I called the company on Wednesday Jan 5th and automatic phone service answered and said I was #2 in queue, after waiting serval minutes the automatic phone service informed me no agents were available & I need to send an email to them.
Again wasted my time.
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
HOW HARD IS TO FILL AN ORDER OF 3 ITEMS WORTH OVER $100.
No follow up by them.
GoodToGoCo is a No GO for me.
It is embarrassing this online company business success is based on Customer Service and delivery of products and they fail terribly at both.

Owner contacted me once I left this review. She apologized and had my product shipped out the same day and arrived 2 days later. Thus I changed my rating based on my experience. She was very good once she contacted me.

I had purchased a water storage vessel…

I had purchased a water storage vessel and it had some moderate defects I was still able to use the product after all, I contacted their customer service with proper visual documents, they offered multiple methods of compensation but credited me a reasonable amount in gift cards, it took a while to resolve but they are very polite and respectful.

With the credit plus a little extra I was able to pick up a small portable bio-light camping stove that charges mobile devices using a heat electric generator, the area had a natural disaster in the that delayed shipping but everything was communicated and the product came in perfect condition.

Buy Your Goods Somewhere Else

On Aug 26th I ordered food for an upcoming hike on Sept 10th. I spoke to a customer rep before purchasing online, advising of my upcoming hiking date. I was told it should arrive on time no problem. The day before my hike, with nothing here yet, I spent the day trying to call to no avail - their lines kept giving message that they were closed even though it was a Thursday (not a stat holiday). I left two frantic messages. I ended up having to go out and purchase all my food at a local store at the last minute. I returned from my hike today. There was no voicemail from the company in response to my messages. I called. The rep, Don, advised that the food was shipped on Sept 8th! Don says they've been having shipping delays. I was never told this when I called on Aug 26th. I explained what happened, the rep did not acknowledge the error or the trouble it caused me; I had to explain it explicitly. I asked for my money back. I was told I had to refuse the package when it arrives, and only when they get it back (whenever that will be), will I get my money back. I will never do business with this company. They are seriously lacking in the concept of customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

UPDATE: I got a call from Barb, their customer service rep, to discuss my experience. First, I want to say that these phone calls are not easy to make and I appreciated the effort, it shows the company cares about its customers. We discussed what happened, she agreed that it was not acceptable, and we talked about things the company can do to help avoid the same situation in the future. It sounds like they are understaffed currently, like many companies, plus some customer service training might be of help. I will give this company another chance.
