The Goodbrand guys were amazing. Their understanding and flexibility when things got overwhelming were truly appreciated. They worked long hours in the most appalling weather and still had time for a laugh. I highly recommend them.

What a team! The whole process from quotation to moving to re-assembling the furniture at the other end was seamless. Fantastic!

Even the thought of a move is stress inducing. A moving company can make it way worse, or way better. Goodbrand Removals is one company that makes it definitely better. They are respectful, have great communication, offer great pricing (especially given the quality of their work), are very respectful to your furniture and your property but most importantly they are resourceful.

You know, sometimes things don't fit through doors, or can be tricky to disassemble, or maybe you forgot to disassemble something and these folks are ready to give you a hand. And they don't rub this into your face or charge you "extra disassembly" fees or anything like that.

The only thing they can improve is around planning and may be having a checklist for inventory items to make sure things are in order. That said, when you go into that territory, you need to slow down, and time is money, and then they would lose their edge with their competitive pricing. So they compensate for this with their excellent service and personnel and I'd take that every other day unless I'm moving 6 hours away. And if that's the case, I'm sure they will already be paying more attention to these things as the stakes are higher.

Overall, I'm glad I worked with them and I'd recommend them to anyone considering moving.

We used Goodbrand removals who came in at the very last minute having unfortunately lost our planned removers. I’m glad it worked out that way as we could not have been any happier with Charlie and his team. The planning, communication and professionalism (friendliness) on the days were brilliant. They took care to understand our needs and delivered well and truly above our expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team to make sure a stressful day can be managed by a reliable team.

We can't recommend Goodbrand Removals enough. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of a tricky international move (UK to France, with uncertain dates and the need to remain flexible and adaptable). The excellent communication, transparency and honesty of the team left us feeling really confident and reassured, and they made our move feel easy and comfortable. No breakages or damages whatsoever to any of our belongings. Our new neighbours in France still can't stop talking about how professional and efficient they were! We can only thank the team for all they've done for us.

Following a recommendation from a friend, Goodbrand has helped my family with 2 separate re-location moves this year to the north of England. They provided a packing service as well as house removals. Both times they have been fantastic. They have been reliable, worked really hard, really helpful and been professional and cheerful throughout. They really helped take so much stress out of the moving process. Highly recommend.

Small independant removals company that we were recommended to use, all we can say it was a great recomendation as they were accomodating from start to finish, coulple of minor issues which were dealt with very quickly and professionally. Charlie (director) was on hand at the start of the packing process and was there on the day of moving (100 miles) no major damage apart from two cups that were chipped and some marking on a dinning room leg. if your looking for a reliable company at realistic pricing then I would happily recommend Goodbrand.

Due to some unexpected changes in the sales process, I needed a removals company I could trust — and quickly! With only 9 days to go before completion, the pressure was on. From the first contact with Charlie, one of the directors, I felt I was in safe hands. I sent over some photos and a short video, and he promptly provided a budgetary quote. Alec then carried out an on-site survey, which gave me real confidence that the packing and removal were fully under control.

On moving day, Ethan, Karol, and Harvey were absolutely brilliant. They took real care with fragile items, moved large pieces without a single scuff on walls or doorframes, and kept us well-informed throughout. When unloading into storage, they thoughtfully made sure everything was easily accessible.

All in all, I can’t recommend Goodbrand highly enough. They were professional, careful, and took a huge amount of stress out of the move.

I can't recommend Goodbrand Removals enough! After getting four different quotes from other companies, I went with Goodbrand as Alec came across as nothing would be too much trouble and when the quote came back that was good too. On the day we had Charlie, Karol, and Nathan, and from start to finish they were incredibly accommodating, making our moving day completely stress-free. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a chaotic experience into a smooth and hassle-free (as hassle-free as house moving could ever be) process. They truly made all the difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We recently used Goodbrand removals for a move from Ruislip to Norfolk. Alec and his team helped us plan the move and were very flexible with waiting for us to exchange contracts. When it came to moving day the team were very polite and worked hard to pack up and unload at our new home. It was a long day and we appreciated the support.
