I ordered a open Box V3 baby car seat but the box came as a V3 but the car seat itself was a V2 older model.

I then tried to return it to get a new product but they do not ship until they check the product and don't reply to mails during the weekend.

The whole process took very long and it was stressful.

We have purchased like three or four major baby gear items from GoodBuy Gear and I recommend it to any mom (new or veteran) or someone looking for kitchen gadgets. It’s one of my favorite “hacks” for purchasing big ticket items.

We’ve bought a car seat, crib, bouncer, swing, hatch…every time the stuff comes in great condition and basically brand new.

Great product! Came clean and exactly as pictured. We love how small it folds up and is still pretty sturdy with under storage too!

The gear arrived as described (open box) and at a great discount. Shipping was relatively quick as well.

We ordered a stroller and received a wagon. The return is a big hassle and after two weeks still no refund.

I am delighted with my order. I was worried it wouldn't be great because I got such a good deal. I was expecting it to be flimsier, or broken, or missing a part of it. Everything is here and in perfect condition and it's great quality. I ordered a wagon style stroller. It arrived quickly. It was easy to do the little bit of assembling required and we took it out for it's first walk right away. The kids loved it!

Customer service was good, shipping time went exactly as expected and so far, product is performing as expected. The Monbebe bassinet rocker(blue with Astros sign) is perfect for our little one and the convertible play yard feature is especially nice for when baby becomes a toddler!

There was an error with charging me shipping. I wrote to customer service and they promptly corrected it. I'm very happy with the customer service support.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this site or buy from them again based on my experience. I placed an order for two products. One of the products I received was an incorrect item. When I contacted them to resolve this I was told I had to provide photos of the item to prove that it was inaccurate, and they would not ship me the correct item until I returned what they had sent me. They didn’t even have the curtesy to schedule pick up for the item or provide me with a discount code for the inconvenience. All in all I didn’t get my correct item for weeks after the expected delivery since they had to inspect the return before shipping out the correct item. This is not how you do customer service, especially when the fault is on you as the company.

I purchased a car seat from GoodBuy Gear for $561 and, within hours, saw the exact same model listed for $499. When I reached out for a price adjustment, I was told they do not honor lower prices after an order is completed—even when the price drop happens the same day.

My biggest issue is that this makes the advertised “Best Price Gear-anger” feel misleading. If a company won’t stand behind one of its most straightforward promises, it naturally makes me question how much weight customers should place on other claims, including the safety inspections and cleanliness standards they promote.

I wanted to love the concept, but this experience left me disappointed and with less trust in the brand than when I started.

Unfortunately the product was damaged (that happens), but the crew was beyond helpful with making it right. Full refund, no hassle.

I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! The high chair came in the original packaging and nothing was missing. It also came extremely fast which was a nice surprise. Overall a great experience and I will be purchasing from this website again.
