I was completely amazed….
I was completely amazed….. I called yesterday (Friday) and the boys came out this morning (Saturday). They were super efficient, very polite and took care in what they were moving (I had a tricky situation with getting furniture over a balcony…. And in the blinding heat). The boys tackled the task cheerfully and quickly and they appear to be extremely organised. It is a really great service. They will text you to confirm the pick up order and give you a window of time when they expect to arrive. I was extremely impressed.

Very impressed
I was happy with this company from the first contact. The service was excellent and the two men that came to the house were both friendly and efficient. I got text messages to say when they would arrive and a message that they were on their way. They arrived at the time they said they would. It was also the best price out of 4 quotes. Would definitely recommend

Shed be gone
Had an old, eyesore shed with accumulated what nots that needed removal. I dropped these guys a request for quote, they were able to drop by next business day. I was happy with the quote so they got stuck in straight away. Job done. Thanks guys.

No stress hard rubbish removal service
I would highly recommend goodbye junk for all your hard rubbish removal needs! The process was so seamless from requesting for a quote on their page to being contacted the next day (I loved that it was via text) until after pick up and payment. I did it as curbside pick up too as we had work! I would definitely use goodbye junk again in a heartbeat
