Stay away from Goodcar. First, i signed up in Feb for $1.95. My report was seriously lacking information i expected like Carfax would have. I requested a cancellation that never went through. I just got charged again today and i went online to make sure it was cancelled. Chatting with the agent, they were like, "no problem, you can still use the service for another month" even though i just paid today and haven't used the service for months. When i said this wasn't good enough, they said, "I'm sorry this isn't the outcome you are looking for but you signed up and agreed to our terms!"
So once i asked to talk to a manager to escalate this, they finally said they will refund this month.

This app is terrible. Don't use it, it's a scam. I only paid $1.95 for a consultation, and then a few days later they charged me $29.95 and haven't refunded me.

Site is descent but be aware that this is a subscription and will be charged monthly. Good luck cancelling and don't expect a refund

Was charged for one month...I took $1.95 trial... on the expiration day, I was billed for the month. I called and said the day isn't over, I do not want a subscription. I had hardly any trouble having my money refunded

I have tried to call for several days since signing up, with several different numbers given by Good Car Company. Left several messages with no reply. I really don't believe the recent positive reviews. It seems nearly impossible to cancel via phone or email I have tried call several times and sent a email 6 days ago with no reply. Wish I would have chosen CarFax instead.
