My funds would not withdraw. The site is a scam. I’ve asked for my deposits back with no response. I was told my funds were stuck in proof of stake hold and needed to add 30% to have the chain release them. I should of got away from them at that point.

The company pretends to be a trading company, but it's a scam. They let you make some money, and after a while, they get you to invest in a plan for a certain period. When it's time to withdraw your money, they tell you that you simply need to have the corresponding POS (Proof of Stake) in your wallet and ask for a certain amount, supposedly so you can withdraw your funds. It's a LIE! Don't fall for this trap!

Beware, they are scammers!! Stay away from that platform. I had my wallet linked to the automated bot they offer; they let you win at first, then they withhold your money, and later demand that you deposit more money to recover your funds. In the end, they block your account and disappear!

Company tricks you into subscription cycle with no clear way to stop further payments occurring and rude arrogant response when asking for a refund BEFORE the payment had even processed, despite the product not being used.

GoodCrypto could be a really great app. It has so much potential but it's currently too unreliable to be trusted with my trading account. It seems that their target market is typical crypto gamblers and not serious traders.

They are a small team with an unfocused product, often adding new features instead of prioritizing bugs. Many bugs have existed for months/years without a fix.

CEX stop loss triggers often fail and DEX trading is in Alpha stage and shouldn't be trusted with real funds.

If the team was more approachable I would feel more confident but their Telegram support is full of unhappy customers, complaints of failed orders resulting in losses and a team that replies with a condescending response, if they even reply at all. Many questions go unanswered for weeks.

No terms of service available on their website to understand their product and the risks involved.

They've recently had many bugs and have stated publicly that they will never compensate for losses due to their software bugs. Their documentation is full of "Coming soon" pages and has been like that for years.

Best to avoid for now. Hopefully in the future they will provide a better experience and support.

it's a mighty trading app for the CEX side. And hopefully, they will integrate all the tools for DEX side. Waiting for DCA bot on Solana

The app is good and detailed,t but my bad experience with them was at two points 1. The support team (if there is a support team) doesn't answer the customers questions, they ignoring him if the question doesn't sound like what they expect! 2. there is no obvious way to automate the trade signals by repeating buy and sell positions, they advised to do something but it didn't work, I think They have more way to cut off to reach to the users .. I sent them a couple of suggestion and knowledge request emails but I guess they realized and were not satisfied with these very polite and objective emails...

Connection to wallet function does not work and it shows connected but does not show the dollar equivalent of your of holdings and just show zero. It does not make sense having a function which does not work and serve its purpose. This has been reported several times but have been ignored, several follow ups made but just been ignored.

You cannot cancel this subscription! I signed up, three days later I realized I did not need the features it offers - they are redundant, I already have them with CoinBasePro. I have had zero success reaching GoodCrypto, and can't even get them cancelled through my credit card. It's horrible. They have no no support line, and appear to be from Ukraine. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Update: I finally found their contact information in Google Store. If they refund my money, I will remove my review.

Great service and easy to use. Works perfectly. Was looking for something like this for a really long time. Simply the best on the market!

This App supports all main exchanges, has advanced trading tools. My personal favourite is recent Algo Trading.

I've been using this app for about 2 years now. I think that for a beginner in cryptocurrencies, it will initially be quite difficult to figure it out, since it took me about 4 months to understand how to properly use the tools that are in this application. This is not a short period, but it was then, now the guys have a lot of articles on the goodcrypto website that help in understanding the tools, having mastered them, you will definitely move to the next level in trading.

I really enjoy using this app. The simplest interface I could ever ask for. The trading tools are pretty awesome too.
