I attempted to purchase an e-reader. The company never delivered it. They never responded to a single email I sent. I had to recover my money via PayPal. Do not purchase from this company!

This was a horrible experience

This was a horrible experience. I purchased a new monitor from Good e-Reader in mid-August. I received an emailed receipt and then of course expected an update with a tracking number for the shipment. Absolutely nothing happened, so I continued to wait. When after two weeks there was still no sign of life from Good e-Reader or the monitor, I emailed to inquire. In response to my email, I was told the purchased item was being prepared for shipment. Two weeks later, still no tracking number or monitor, so I followed up with another email and then another. There was no response. Luckily, I had paid through PayPal and thus was protected through PayPal's policy. I then put in a refund request through the dispute feature on PayPal. Today, 52 days after I paid for the monitor, I received my refund. I would NEVER buy anything again from Good e-Reader. Their reviews on utube are excellent, but their store should never be used to buy anything, not even a toothpick.

Terrible experience - took my money, never sent the product

I placed my order on August 5, for which I was immediately charged. They estimated that the order would be processed "in about a week" and may take a few additional days to arrive.

Several weeks passed, with no tablet in sight. Multiple attempts to get updates on the order yielded no additional information. They stopped replying altogether on the 27 of August.

I requested a refund on September 3, since it was clear that I'd not be receiving my tablet. The order was cancelled on September 11, but as of today (October 3), I still have not received my refund.

They're thieves

They're thieves. I bought a Boox Go 10.3 in June and they never sent it to me. Purchase order 4162. They stole 400 dollars from me. They stole my money. I've been writing them emails for weeks asking for explanations but they don't answer me. They kept my money and disappeared. They have blocked me in all their forums, so I can't report the case on the internet. DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THAT STORE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Spreads misonformation

Spreads misonformation. Claims kindle is getting rid od vocab builder cuz it is the same as flashcards.

A) no it is not
B) feature only being removed on kindle app (ios android pc)
C) amazon clearly states vocab builder is seperate from flashcards and will not be being removed

When attempting to correct them they depeted my comment.

Never visiting this site again

Bought an eink phone which broke down…

Bought an eink phone which broke down within 2 weeks after usage. Asked for a replacement and after an initial response that my request was forwarded to service, they stopped replying. Basically lost $500 because of it. Stay away, they are a bad company to buy from!

Jon is a logistics specialist ya’ll lol

So happy to search Jon Singleton’s name in Google and find all of these horrible stories of other people’s dealings with him, because I thought it was just me and maybe I was being unreasonable.

That guy, assuming it’s an actual person and not just a fake name that they use as a rep for support, is the worst. He gave me an attitude just because I had politely said how I would go to the Federal Trade Commission (which he didn’t even know what that was lol) if I didn’t get a response, as it had been a week since I had reached out to cancel my order. Funny enough, saying that was the only way to get a response.

Stay away from this company.

Theives

Also leaving a negative here due to them taking my money and not sending the Tablet. multiple communications then no responce and No refunds!! Surely there must be a way for us to right these wrongs!

I ordered the Freewrite Traveler Ghost…

I ordered the Freewrite Traveler Ghost Edition for over $1000. It's now been almost a month and the item is not shipping. I've contacted them and a couple times they wrote back and said they were working on it. Now they have stopped responding. DO NOT do business with this company. There are dozens and dozens of such reports online. This company is obviously scamming large portions of its customers.

e-book reader from Good e-Reader

I purchased an e-book reader from Good e-reader, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to other customers. Despite their promises of shipping within 2-3 days, my order was not fulfilled on time. I tried to contact the company for many days, sending emails inquiring about the status of my order. In response, I only received vague assurances that the package would be sent "as soon as possible," without any specific details.

Fortunately, I made the payment through PayPal, which allowed me to receive a refund after filing a complaint. However, the product itself never reached me. This is not the level of service I expect from a reliable vendor.

Therefore, I advise others against using Good e-reader and recommend seeking e-book readers from other, more trustworthy suppliers. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.

Thieves! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
The order was placed on 01.11.2023. The delivery time to Armenia was declared 6-10 days. It was ok for me. But the order was shipped only after 15 days!!! Another two weeks it was on the way. As a result, I didn't manage to get the order since I left the country. The post service returned the parcel to the original sender. After that, I contacted the seller to either make a refund or send it to my current location. I attached the tracking, screenshots from the Post services. The parcel was originally shipped from the Netherlands and was returned to the Netherlands. But you know what? The last reply from them: "We don't operate with the Netherlands". This is the last I got from them. Tons of emails, and attempts to contact them via their website, Facebook went nowhere. They do not answer at all.

Offered pre-order. No delivery - no refund - no replies to emails. I would strongly recommend to avoid this seller. Based on earlier deliveries, I did not expect this.. should have rechecked the web sites reviews.

Terrible experience with this website

Terrible experience with this website. I ordered a case for my e-ink device about a month ago. Upon receiving it, I opened the package to find out that the case wasn't the color that I ordered. I contacted customer service to let them know that I didn't receive the correct product I ordered, and received a reply just stating that they couldn't guarantee specific colors. This policy is stated nowhere on their website and the product page allows you to pick a specific color when you order. If this is the company's policy, then this should be stated plainly on the product page before anyone places an order. I never received any sort of response after this. I wish I had read the poor reviews before I placed an order with this company. Terrible customer service and poor policies will keep me and others that I know from doing business with them in the future.

Untrustworthy store! No longer responds.

I bought a mobile phone from Hisense EINK Store. This is managed by Good E-Reader, shipping and processing are handled by God E-Reader. After more than a week I did not receive a shipping confirmation or a tracking number (although they were supposed to do this after order confirmation). I then contacted Good e-Reader. They assured me that the shipment would take some time. I waited another month, two mails during this time remained unanswered. The third and very unfriendly mail after over a month without receiving any goods, shipping confirmation or tracking number, was answered placatingly. They want to talk to their shipping service provider. After now over two months and 3 more unanswered mails I still have no goods, shipping confirmation or tracking number. But the money remains gone. I've been wanting to withdraw from the purchase contract for a long time but no response. Unfortunately, I can't get the money back from my credit card. So the only option is to go to a lawyer and take legal action. I will never order from this store again, and they won't make the same mistake.

Sent the wrong product

Sent the wrong product. I ordered a turquoise standing case and i got a dark green non-standing case. incredibly disappointed, especially for the price.

Ignored and lied to

I was looking for pen tips for a boyue likebook. I emailed and messaged good e reader and was assured, twice that these tips were compatible. Despite me pointing out that the picture did not look compatible.
When the tips arrjved they were not compatible at all. I messaged and emailed good e reader and i have had nothing in response.
Absolutely terrible service. Not only was the item completely wrong despite them telling me (2 different people) that it would work, but now I am getting a blanket silence.
