Friendly and helpful
Both David and Sam were extremely friendly and helpful. All questions answered in a simple way. As with all sales people, they wanted to "up-sell" their various products, but absolutely no pressure to do so. Admittedly, it's expensive, but if it keeps you upright, aligned and pain free for good, it very well could be worth it for you. They set you up with Care Credit if needed and the product is also HSA approved.
