I love my arch supports. Alex was great to go over everything so thoroughly and answer my questions or repeat any information. I tried on several options for shoes and levels of strengtheners/maintainers to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you have ankle, foot, back, or neck pain, this is definitely worth the investment. The Woodland Hills location is also very clean.
