Biggest scam going!! They are not medical professionals. They are selling insoles for $1500 that are non-refundable.

Midlothian, VA Store

I visited the Midlothian, VA store. It had been a very long time since I last visited the store. Tamara was very professional and caring. I felt it was time revisit the store because for some time I was dealing with foot and back pain. This is no commercial, I really felt a difference in trying them on, no foot or back pain. I felt balanced. Yes, I admit, the price hit me hard. I thought I spent that much in shoes and other things, why not spend that much for pain relief. They actually work. I have not had any back or foot pain and can stand for very long periods. I even joined a walking group and can endure the walk without issues. I would pay it again. It feels great to walk and stand without pain.

Andrea at the Burlington Mass store was very informative and took her time with me. My feet feel better already. She was not pushy at all just very calm and very professional. I would give her 5 stars. She was excellent and answered all my questions and I am happy with my purchase.

Run far away, do not buy

The sales people will absolutely do whatever it takes to get a sale. I was lied to about how to use the system and bought the product. Caused severe knee pain right away and was unable to get a full refund. My BBB complaint went unanswered by the company so I am out of luck. Do not buy from this scam business.

I would have enjoyed flushing $1700…

I would have enjoyed flushing $1700 down the toilet and watch the money spin around.... what a waste. No returns, no refunds. These stupid things HURT my feet... and I tried them for several months before throwing the whole thing out and I'm feeling so much better now.

Fancy TV ads, fancy boxing and fancy bags is where my money went.... the cheap plastic inserts (not even custom by the way... ) are in the garbage. Great markup Good Feet store.

These arch supports saved my life

These arch supports saved my life. I would have paid $10,000 for them. My foot pain was virtually unbearable before I came to Good Feet. I had no quality of life. I am now pain free and have been for a year now. THANK YOU!!!!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $2000!!!

HOW DO THESE FOLKS STAY IN BUSINESS????
I gave The Good Feet Store a 1 only because I didn't have 0 as a choice. The 'personalized fitting' consists of the client stepping on a piece of paper! The 'personalized sizing' consists of the employee going out to the back room and grabbing a pair of inserts. If you look on the packaging of the 'personalized' inserts, they state that they fit multiple shoe sizes, both for men's shoes and women's. The last thing they said to me after they took my $2000+ was that the company would follow up with me for a lifetime. That was 4 years ago. Haven't ever heard from them. I did go to the store about a year ago to ask about when I might be getting my follow up call as promised. They blamed this 'misspeak' on an employee they let go. My only satisfaction was that I entered the store when it was filled with customers. And of course I spoke loudly enough so they could all clearly hear me.

Very happy with the investment!

I have been fighting with Plantar fasciitis for many years, and Achilles tendinitis for going on two. After only a few days with these inserts, I'm already feeling so much better. John helped me at the Buffalo Home Show, and he was very thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were pricey, but I was able to use my FSA card to purchase them, and if they work, they'll be priceless! Thanks so much

They did not work for me.

They did not work for me. My feet and back are actually worse. I am a low income senior. They cost a whole year of my social security. She also told me that they have a lifetime quarantee. I told her that I have macular degeneration and therefore could not see what I was signing. I asked if there was anything I need to know. She should have told me that they don't give refunds. I did make a formal complaint and got most of my money back. I lost about $400. The manager was very nice and tried to help me. She told me to give it time which I did. I suggest that you consult a doctor because they work for some but not everyone. They are too expensive to waste money.

DO NOT BUY. Go to a real podiatrist and have supports professionally fitted to your foot.
This is a slick sales job with the sales people followoing a script that includes an hour's long presentation and then adding unneeded items at the end, making it look like they are giving you things when in fact they are adding another $240 of charges. They refuse to take anything back even though I did not reopen the box. If I had not purchased the items, which I tried on, they claim that the items are not restocked in the store but sent back to another center to be cleaned or tossed. REALLY. I went in close to closing, was shocked at the price but felt that I could think about it and return them. They will give you NO money back and pretend that they are certified by a podiatrist and have to be trained each year. The manager threw out podiatrist until I made him admit that is not their training.

Went to the Location at Columbia MD. Nice facility - but they were more interested in where I heard about them than what I was there for. I did the measuring thing, waited for the arch supports - then the snake oil started. The guy had me stand, old my hands in front of me and he pushed down very hard which rocked me forward. Then he repeated with my hands behind me - which rocked me. He then had me stand on the arch supports and did it again - but hardly pushed down at all. Then he said see how the arch supports stabilize your body? What a bunch of BS - as if I wouldn’t feel the difference. And I walked out. Should be named the Goodfeet Scam!

A virtual sea of red flags....

The "evaluation" was a carefully orchestrated sales presentation, complete with parlor trick (balance check), suggestive phrasing, controlled timing of price presentation (no prices on any customer literature), and accurate but incomplete info (insoled guaranteed for life ... but no mentioned the fabric cover was not). Classic "old school" Zig Ziglar stuff. On second thought, that may be attributing too much chicannery to Mr. Ziglar.

There was a small sign near the register stating customer should get MD approval if they have diabetes. As a test, I mentioned I was diabetic to the "arch specialist". You guessed it - absolutely no suggestion I defer a purchase until I get MD clearance.

Used car or Timeshare 101 sales tactics.

I am past the point in my life where I finance anything, but the "evaluator" kept talking about "how much per month" to relieve foot pain.

The kicker was $1625 (that sixteen hundred!!!) for injection molded plastic. Loads of overhead with the showroom, most likely commissioned sales people, franchise fees, etc.

A key part of their business plans is no monetary refunds of any kind under any circumstances.

It was not a waste of my time, because I found the experience educational, amusing and a good test to confirm that my age has not yet made me a viable mark for scammers.

I would recommend the Good Feet 3-Step…

I would recommend the Good Feet 3-Step System to anyone looking for arch support and relief from foot pain. Both of my feet hurt, and I have tried various products, including orthopedic-recommended Brooks shoes and insoles. With the Good Feet system, I noticed immediate relief. The pain radiating from the middle of my foot stopped. I would give the product 4 stars since I am just starting with it, but I hope over time it strengthens my feet and cures the pain.

However, I am not impressed by the service provided by the store in Fairfax, VA. The store manager overpromised and underdelivered. She also failed to mention that the cushions are not replaceable, unlike the three insoles. She insisted that she makes these presentations every day to customers and cannot forget, which felt like she was implying that I was lying. I am very disappointed with the service and regret dealing with someone who lacks accountability.

After spending many hours in The Good Feet Store in Kennesaw, GA, I realized The Good Feet Store does not accept any online coupons except their own store discount on a future purchase (that's only after you purchase their $1,700.00 package for 3-levels of shoe inserts)!!
My husband decided to purchase the Level 1 inserts for $600 to hopefully alleviate the pain in his feet. No discount nor after sale coupon was offered. The inserts look used or like a display model.

Don't waste your money on The Good Feet Store. I visited in July 2024 for plantar fasciitis relief. After spending over $1,000 and going back for re-fitting 3 months later, I am still suffering with pain in both feet (now Feb 2025).

Shocked with Good Feet

With severe arthritis in both feet, fallen arches and a bunion big enough to bust out Topsider stitching 40 yrs ago, my husband finally became very tired of watching me gimp around the house every evening, so he told me he was taking me to The Good Feet Store the next day. That was scary for me because I'm that person that must do research, shop, then sleep on the idea of having something new prior to doing anything. However, if his sister swears by it and his other sister supports it, then I'm ready to check it out.
I had been seeing the commercials and thinking, " this is just another shoe store, but one that sells inserts...". True; however, this is different. I saw very few shoes on display, but it's not the shoes that take precedence here, it's the customer. We spent 2 hours there while Store Manager, Anthony B. measured and I tried on and walked a while, then beamed and walked again. He was a patient gem. Long story short, my feet felt better than they had in years and, although we couldn't afford it, I was still happy to pay the price to feel this way every day.
The package I bought included a wkly schedule for 5 custom arch supports, each costing $487 with Velcro stays @ $8, 6 cushion insoles @ $28 each, 5 pr socks @ $23 each, 1 pr. athletic shoes @ $140. Yes, it was far too expensive for us, simply because we don't have the money, but the 0% interest payment plan made it easier to swallow.
Perhaps my feet hurt more than those that left fewer stars on their review. I've only been wearing them for 1 week and the jury may still be out; However, if I continue getting this much relief, my time will be measured "before" and "after" my Good Feet Store visit.

I went to the Gainesville Florida…

I went to the Gainesville Florida watched the sales person take a cheap pair of arch supports from a box and a 75.00 pair of “walking shoes” from the back room. I tried them and listened to the sales pitch then the outrageous price of 1800 dollars for less than 100 dollars of product you can get anywhere. So sad these scammers are allowed to dupe the unexpected public.
Fortunately I did not purchase. That big a price is one that anyone should wait at least 10 days before committing to so clear thought can be given. I think if you get out of the store and away from the sales pitch you likely will not buy.
