Lovely snacks but open to nut contamination

Lovely snacks, the apple cinnamon is out of this world. The over use of sugar is unnecessary and spoils the quality of the product. Cashews also taste odd and below par. My last order had obviously just been thrown into a box because at least two of the bags had split open and spilled into the box. I wrote to this service concerning safe to eat/possible contamination (as nut products were strewn inside the box) and got no response or reply. This worries me for those with nut allergy’s quite frankly.

Poor quality processes

Great as long as you don't have a quality issue with your order.....potential contamination due to open packaging in order sent....3 months and counting for no resolution😡😡😡

Incorrect items sent, atrocious customer service.

I ordered the 'Nuts & Dried Fruit Best Seller Bundle' and it did not contain all of the items as pictured, only a few of them. I ended up with multiple packets of cashews and almonds, I emailed them and received very little helpful response.
Will never be buying from them again.

Beware, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If there is no star, I will not hesitate to rate no star since I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered dried fruits and paid on the 9th. January 26 with the hope to get the items before I left for Thailand on 17th. January because it’s said the delivery would take only a few days. They used Yodel delivery service which is the worst one I have ever experienced: not possible to reach, no progress in the tracking system. The good food delivered company itself seemed to be efficient when I first contacted them to ask for my parcel whereabouts. They just gave me the links and I had to follow up myself. When no progress until last week, I complained and asked for refund then they didn’t reply anymore. Finally, the parcel arrived today (Wednesday 28th. January). So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if you don’t wish to have similar experiences.

No parcel only Silence

I ordered in early January. On the 7th Yodel said "We have your parcel". It still says that. The company were no help merely saying go on Yodel's Live Chat. The Rep on that said they were still waiting for the parcel. When I asked about the tracking, they said it was an "international" order, which is odd, given the company claims it's all in a warehouse in London. I have asked for a refund. I have received only silence in reply. Very poor for a first time customer experience.

Disappointed could have been advertised more clearly.

The item seems to be advertised as a party Susan containing nuts and nibbles.
Arrived after some delay in just bags so had to go and buy containers to put them in.
Yodel not the best company for deliveries, had to ring them as the order was late, needed for part Christmas presents, customer relations non existing!!

First time a treat....

Delivered on time driver very friendly and helpful, food was as described, I've only eaten a couple of meals so far, both excellent. Will definitely be ordering more.

Didn’t receive first order at all

Didn’t receive first order at all. After much arguing towing and frowning second order sent using same hopeless delivery company Yodel. STILL waiting on my delivery. Glad I didn’t hold my breath. Disgraceful I paid £30 and received nothing.
