Payed twice as much as my aunt for the pills..
I ordered this because my aunt liked this product. (Pills for your hair). But I found out that I payed twice as much for the pills as she did. I payed 759NOK for two boxes and she pays 347NOK for exactly the same pills. Why? And they never sent the bill with the package so I thought I was paying digital by bank. Suddenly they stop sending because I haven`t payed them. I did and ended the subsrciption when I saw the price. I wish I hadn`t payed them. Should have filed a complaint instead.

After reviewing our correspondence, we can see that one of our customer care agents requested your aunt’s details so we could review both customer profiles and investigate why you were being charged twice as much as she. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to this request, which was sent on January 5th.
Regarding the invoice, in Norway it is always included with the package in a plastic pocket. This is the document the delivery driver uses to identify the correct address. In addition, the invoice was also sent to you digitally as an attachment in the shipment confirmation email when your order was dispatched.
