Delivery time and order process

The delivery time for the products is way too long….I am not even sure if my order was processed accurately. I am waiting now for more than two weeks and hope to receive the product soon as it is really good.

AVOID! This company is a scam!

SCAMMERS! Complete and utter subscription trap. They force you into a second “order” which you do not consent to. The company does not make it clear enough during the purchasing process that customers are signing up to a subscription/second order of circa £95, and you have no option to opt out or cancel this. You cannot force your customers into repeat orders - this is not an ethical way to do business!! Oh, and when you offer to return the un-used, unopened items that you did not consent to purchasing because you are dissatisfied, they refuse to accept returns and refunds. Refusing to accept returns is very unusual; there are not many retailers, if any, who take this stance. Just avoid, unless you want to be scammed out of £100.

I'm very happy to use Betakaroten 👌

I used to get sunburnt even with high SPF sunscreen. Now, I don't need sunscreen at all, and I tan instantly. It's the best product I've ever used. ♥ My tan lasts over 6 weeks after I stop sunbathing. 😍

The product doesn’t work

The product doesn’t work. I have been using it for over a month and nothing has changed. I was supposed to have a deep tan but nothing. They also tie you into a subscription and keep sending it and charging you. They dont accept returns therefore no refunds available. A very expensive mistake!

Pure rip-off and subscription trap

Like many others, I fell into the subscription trap by placing my first order of a completely overpriced dietary supplement. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions only provided for cancellation and return of the goods for the first delivery, so all customers have to process at least a second order over €90. Be careful, dubious behavior and pure rip-off.

No refunds no returns and a sneaky subscription for three month supply of a product I hadn’t even had time to use

Really poor. Bought one set of vitamins. Didn’t want a subscription. 2 weeks after the first bottle arrived which cost me £15 I got an email that I was being charged £98 for three month supply. I emailed straight away to say I didn’t want them and I didn’t sign up to. Subscription and they said they don’t do returns. I said I wouldn’t even open the envelope and they said there is nothing you can do for a refund.
So one bottle of vitamins and then three bottles sent at double the price

Update - had bought via klarna and they upheld my claim and that decent company refunded me

Bull

They have been taking money from my account without sending any products. I have tried to contact them without luck, so they are just going to keep taking money from me.
This is not something I would recommend. It’s a scam so don’t buy any of their products.

WORST SCAMMING COMPANY STAY AWAY

You are SCAMMING innocent people out if their money with giving two options at checkout 1. Buy £29.90 2. Subscribe & get 50% off so even if you click BUY ur automatically added to your subscription...

If this is subscription only then you should have this as your only option to purchase Unfortunately then you would have NO customers as WHO the bloody hell is going to Sign up to a subscription without testing the products 1st NO ONE !!! Oh and the product is CRAP

I do not have the wrong dealer/manufacturer as most ppl with the same issues as me are on here leaving negative reviews!

Got scammed and charged insane amount…

Got scammed and charged insane amount of money (almost triple than first order that I made), and it’s justified by Good For Me because somewhere in small letters in Terms&conditions it says that this is subscription. Went through my email and not at any point it said I will get two months worth of product and that I need to cancel the subscription.

Complained to customer service, they answered in random European language and said that I should have read Terms&Cond.

Also, went through a whole bottle of their Beta Karoten product and I can confirm it doesn’t do what it says it does. I did get a rash at the same time when I started using it. Coincidence?
