Forgot to edit my address at check out, contacted customer service immediately. I was worried for a while because it was the weekend and they emailed they have shipped it already but will try contacting the warehouse. I just came home from work and the package was at my house already. I knew the products are amazing, now I can add great customer service too the experience too. THANK YOU!

Products are great but shipping and customer service are horrible
Products are great. The problem is with shipping and with customer service. Orders through Amazon were improperly sealed and leaked. Amazon offered a refund. First order directly through company, products leaked but customer service responded to emails and sent new products right away. Second order directly through company, three out of five products leaked and no assistance from customer service. Numerous attempts to reach CS with no resolution. I will only purchase their product from retailer

Bad experience, poor shipping, poor customer service
Ordered many bottles of jam and they were improperly packaged and leaking when they arrived. My order was also missing 4 bottles of jam. The company has absolutely zero consideration for wasting my time and for the poor customer experience. Will not be ordering from here again.
