Really unsatisfied with this purchase.

On October 10, I sent the following email to them:
Crickets.
On October 14, I resend the email.
Crickets:

I just received my shipment of peaches purchased from you. I have to say that these are unfortunately the worst peaches I've ever had in my life. As a kid, my grandmother would drive us down to Centralia Illinois, to pick peaches from an orchard there. The peaches were extremely sweet, the flesh was pink and orange color, and they were absolutely delightful. However, the peaches that I received from you were hard and the meat was gray, and they were completely tasteless. I ordered peaches from you because I've always been disappointed with the peaches I get at the store to the point where I quit buying them. They were never any good. You claimed that your peaches were not like this. And you're right. They're much worse. I am really unsatisfied with this purchase. I'd like to send them back, but I don't think sending them back as practical since they are produce.
I am sorry I spent my money on them.
I wait your response.
To date I have heard nothing from them.
My experience is their customer service is nonexistent.
I told them I want my money back. But they will not even communicate with me.

I placed an order for White peaches and…

I placed an order for White peaches and Cherry Plums. The total I was charged was $239.00 dollars. I received 10 white peaches that were rotten and I never received the Cherry Plums that I was charged 119.00 dollars for. I have reached out to this company numerous times but they still haven’t refunded the $239.00 dollars. Their website clearly states 100% Money Back Guarantee for unsatisfactory orders. I have not received a refund or has the fruit been replaced. The 2nd portion of the order still has not been received and it was ordered in Aug 2025. I will never order from this company again!

I would rate it zero stars if possible.

I would rate it zero stars if possible.

3/4 of the fruit arrived bruised or damaged and/or with mold. The fruit that was edible was no better, and in some cases, not as good as store bought. I did get a partial refund, but then somehow ended up being charged for a "membership" I never ordered. This company is scam. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Scam! Produce is no different than your grocery store.

I read all their advertising about the high quality of their fruit. It basically claimed it was fresh picked and shipped overnight. I ignored the ads for a while because of the crazy expensive cost. I wanted some fresh peaches so so bad so I caved in and spent $169.00 for fresh peaches and Rainier cherries. The cherries were no different than those in my local grocery store despite costing ten times as much. The peaches were rock hard! Again, no different than my local store but thirty times as much. I set them out thinking they would ripen and they rotted! I couldn’t get any satisfaction from customer service so I filed a dispute with my credit card. They finally decided to refund my money but claimed they were UNABLE because of the dispute. After months, I finally instructed my credit card to close the dispute. They are still claiming over two weeks later their SYSTEM still shows an open dispute. I again contacted my credit card and they assured me the dispute was closed. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorneys general. This company is a huge scam.

If i could give them zero stars I…

If i could give them zero stars I would! Placed my order for Cherry Plums (which are no longer in season anyone but Good Hill Farms- so I was excited) and Honey Mangoes. Guaranteed delivery on 10/10/25 which is our wedding anniversary, so it was going to be special. I received numerous emails confirming the delivery plus I received a free membership to their Bonus Club. At 5:45 pm on 10/10 I received an email informing me that my delivery would be delayed "until early next week due to a low harvest." I immediately called the number I found for their farm (760-205-3291) and received an answering machine that instructed callers to send an email as that's the "best way" to reach them. No response until this morning when "Heidi: sent me an email inviting me to wait and receive a $20 gift card. Needless to say, that I declined her offer via email after reading all of the horrible reviews online. I've disputed the full amount with my bank so I'm lucky in that respect. My advice....STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Total scam

Total scam. They confirmed receipt of my order, took my money, and said it will be shipped in two days. I didn't hear anything more after that and no delivery came. There's no phone number - you can only send an email.

Moldy Cherries ($254.00)

I ordered Cherries ($254.00) that I was going to freeze for winter. The Cherries I received were covered with a slime and were moldy. I sent photos and an eMail to Good Hill Farms. I received and apology from the Moldy Cherries and was informed they get back to me in 24 hours to resolve my issue. I have sent several more eMails requesting a return shipping label and a refund. I have not received a response. DON'T BUY FROM GOOD HILL FARMS. NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

I am trying to cancel my order

I am trying to cancel my order, but they don't answer their phone. When I try to communicate with them, they won't let me send my message because they say "the phone number is not in the correct format." But they don't tell me what format they want, and their system won't let me change it.
I had asked for my fruit to be shipped on September 8th. It was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday. But they sent me an email saying the order was "complete" and would be shipped in August, on dates that have already passed.
At that point, unable to do anything more than send cancellation requests to their support email, I went to look at the reviews. Their reviews are terrible! People say that the fruit was spoiled, that they did not receive what they ordered, and that customer service is extremely poor. I feel like a fool. I can't contact them, have not received anything, and can't get a response from their support email. I even joined their subscription plan, to received discounts. I want them to cancel that, too.

Poorly shipped rotten fruit

I bought cherries and there was supposed to be a free honey mango. I’m in UT and they shipped from California. They shipped in a box with cutouts and 2 ice packs, the cut outs of course let any cold out and the package was delivered after 4 days (froghill farms is 2 day delivery) with the cherries steaming hot and every container had at least a few molded cherries. Overall only half the fruit was edible. The free mango was completely mushy black and inedible.

I ordered cherry plums

I ordered cherry plums. When they arrived, they were totally loose in the container. During shipment they all were completely bruised to the extent that they were mushy upon arrival. They were also very warm from the summer heat. The cost for my order, with shipping, totaled $88. I will not be placing any more orders. This was my first experience with Goodhill and I won't be a repeat customer.

Rotten, bruised fruit! Rip-off!!

I would rate Goodhill Farms a negative 10 stars if I could. Enticing, beautiful advertising made me believe their high prices were for high quality premium fruits. Mangoes were small & dried out & wrinkly. Peaches were bruised & overripe. I managed to trim a bite or two of peach off a few of them & gave the rest of my overripe & old garbage fruit to the raccoons that come to my back porch every night. I wasn’t sure they would even eat this overpriced, horrible quality fruit!! Don’t waste your time or money!! Rip-off scammers!!

This place is terrible

This place is terrible! They charge premium prices and sent me spoiled fruit! Then when I let them know this they decided to only refund 1/2 my purchase price! DO NOT ORDER from them they are absolutely terrible! I get quite a bit of fruit from mail order farms and Good Hill is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Yuck! Soft mushy “Rainer” cherries

Soft mushy “Rainer” cherries. I was not willing to share these with my visiting guests. Included were three passion fruit samples which were dried and wrinkled. They looked like plastic orbs. When I cut them open two were hollow and the skins were like leather. This was a weird experience that left me doubting good hill farm’s quality control. How could they even consider sending those?

Total waste of MONEY!

I had high expectations from Good Hill Farms given their premium pricing, but the experience was a letdown. A self-proclaimed cherry lover, I was excited to try their cherries. The shipment, however, contained a significant portion - around 75% - of bruised and overly soft cherries. The flavor profile was more tangy than sweet. Following the initial disappointment, Good Hill Farms reached out and offered a replacement shipment, which unfortunately, was even worse. The resolution they offered was a $75 credit against my $150 purchase. This doesn't align with their satisfaction guarantee promise. Considering the experience, I would recommend buying fruits from local stores where customers can handpick their produce. Good Hill Farms failed to impress.

I ordered 5 pounds of Rainier cherries…

I ordered 5 pounds of Rainier cherries because they are always sold out in local stores and I love them with all of my heart. I brought the box inside as soon as it was delivered. Almost all the cherries were warm, mushy and rotting. The few that were still edible weren't even very good. It's been almost a week and the company still hasn't responded yet.
