I wished that I knew this company name beforehand as I have been sent two substandard knives. The advertisement is a complete con and should not be trusted!

This company is a scam. It is just a bait and switch company was supposed to be a buck knife automatic with sheath. I got a three dollar pocket knife back they rip.
You guys ripped me off as what you did karma will get you!!!

Like someone else, i ordered 2 110 buck knives and haven't received them yet! It's been almost a month! Is this a scam company?

I order 2 buck automatic 110 knives 3 weeks ago yet have not received them,$52.& change.

The goodidealshop are frauds. They falsely advertise products and ship you inferior quality products that are NOT what was advertised online.

Total scam organization. They will send you a picture of a product rather than the product itself. I have reported them to VISA. Do not send them any money. They are completely fraudulent. Their goal is to cheat people out of money. They need to be put out of business.

This joke of a company has horrible customer service. Right after I bought their product, I noticed that Google screwed up and gave them my old address. I immediately sent them an email and they stated they would change the address. They didn't, sent it to an incomplete address and then wouldn't send me a refund or a replacement. I am still trying to find a way to get to a manager, but I highly doubt the outcome will be any better. They just don't care.

The item delivered was not to the specifications or size that were advertised. They first said it was my fault and then offered a paltry part refund. This is a dishonest company. Scammers of the worst kind

From their advertising I ordered a 10 inch RAMBO knife for US$36.00 and received a small 4 inch toy knife you can buy in town for $8.00.They offered to refund my money only if I return the toy knife to them in China at my expense, express mail at a cost of A$34.00 which is VERY risky.I got ripped off.

Should be banned from trading another Chinese scamming company

On 3rd Dec 2023 I provisionally filled in the order form, on line. I then changed my mind before payment but there was nowhere on the site to cancel the order. Since then I have received emails telling me I haven't completed my order. I explained politely that I didn't want to order anything and get a reply of OK. But along comes another email, saying the same. I said - I didn't want to order and there is nowhere on your site to cancel. I said, in no uncertain terms, I would report them to facebook, as this is where I had seen their ad. Reply of OK. NOW again today yet another - you haven't completed your order. YOU ARE RIGHT AND I HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING SO. CANCEL MY ORDER FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME!

Purchased a screen protector through them. When it arrived it was not the same as I ordered. Correspondence with the company is very hit and miss. I escalated to PayPal and got a reply via PayPal. They would refund if I returned the goods in the original packaging. The packaging was already thrown out and their cheap knock off was in the garbage. I tried to contact PayPal with no success.
So now I am out US$25.
I should have read the reviews about these scammers before I purchased.

I ordered a screen protector which is different from what I received. They advertise a different product from what they send you. They offered a $5 discount, I don't want anything from them.

Sent me the wrong size and now saying the wall give me a discount on the next purchase, but wont take this shirt back.

Completely useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sell knock off items. The size will be WAY off. I wear a 2xl but ordered a 3xl. Could not even get it on. “Customer service” was useless. Offered a 10% discount to be used to buy more stuff. Why would I buy more stuff that doesn’t fit. Refused to get me a refund

I purchased a screen protector from them which did not work as advertised. I offered to send it back, the day I received it and found it did not allow biometrics to work on my Galaxy S23 ultra (biometrics work perfectly without the screen protector). The cost was $20. After repeated emails they offered to refund $5 which I rejected. The company that made the screen protector is Briadmi. I have had to escalate this in Paypal to try to get my money back.

I definitely should have read the reviews don't buy from them they are scammers I've gone back and forth with them they won't give me my money back. I'm filing a complaint withbetter business bureau next .
