I wanted to purchase the two piece phone case for my S23 Ultra based on how it was presented on the Lovreko website pictures but instead received a one piece plastic cover with a plastic cover for the phone. When I notified CS that their website was misleading they continue telling me that's what I order and would let me return it. DO NO BUY FROM LOVREKO!!!

These people just don’t leave you alone. I have asked (several times now) that they delete my details from their database as I am no longer interested in purchasing anything from them, but they continue peppering me with emails almost daily since 6th April 2023.

On that day, I left something in their “shopping cart” because I decided not to buy it due to their ridiculously expensive postage costs. They have no way to “unsubscribe” and no way to delete things left in their shopping cart, so they just bombard me with unwanted messages about the fact that I didn’t complete the sale

If you don’t want to be continually bombarded with unwanted messages from these people, take my advice & find a more reliable shop. There are plenty out there.

i thought i was buying a tempered glass galaxy S23 phone case , what i got was a cheap plastic piece of crap that looks like something found at a dollar store. it was badly scratched straight out of the package and sure as hell not worth the $34 that i was charged ! I want my money refunded so i can send this back to you ! PRONTO !!!

This company is dreadful. We ordered a Samsung flip phone case and it does not fit the phone. Customer service refuses to do anything but offer $5.00 discount. They should be banned from advertising themselves and their products as you can see by the reviews. Customer service is in Hong Kong so there isn't much that you can do. Never do business with this company

Phone case was scratched up so bad I wanted to Throw It in The garbage.. waist of my Hard-working money.. want a refund Immediately. Samsung S23 ultra thin mobile phone case.

Nothing about this company works. Watch out, it’s a fraud!!

I ordered a phone case for which I wanted two months. I had the case for a few weeks. I dropped the phone in the case from a height of 6 inches on a linoleum floor...the case shattered. In the company's advertisement, it shows the phone being cut with a knife, run under water, and hit with a hammer...it apparently shows no damage. The company at first said they could not refund. Then they offered 5 dollars. Then they offered 10 dollars. Now they want to have the broken case4 back and have me pay shipping...then I might get my money back. Do not EVER order from this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I claimed product with bad text. They just offered me USD 5 instead of new product. then they offered me USD 10 instead of new product. This is nok Ok. Still no new product !! Dont use them !!

I understood from their FB advertisement and customer reviews that the screen would be very sensitive and that it could read fingerprints.

Unfortunately, that's not what I am facing with my newly received cover. The fingerprints DO NOT work, and some bottom parts of the screen are very difficut to press (not sensitive enough). My screen protector has been taken out, like instructed by their site, but fingerprint reading is still not working.

Tried to look for a place to write my review for the product, but couldn't seem to find it on their site.

Finally managed to get the seller's email to request for a refund. I don't know if they understood simple english, but almost everytime I asked them a question, I would get a totally irrelevant answer. Initally, they offered me a $5 refund, which I didn't accept. I told them I was willing to send the item back, as it is useless to me now, and expected a full refund. They then offered me $10 and said they would send another hp casing to me. I said that even if they sent me 10 more casings, I decided that I wouldn't use it anyway, since you can't read fingerprints with it.

It took almost 30 emails back and forth for them to give me their postal address (to send the item back to). When I asked for their shop/boss' name to address the item to, they seemed hesitant, and started replying me with all sorts of other irrelevant requests. I finally told them to just forget about it, and I'd just throw the casing away.

Unbelievable after-sales service. The worst ever.

Do not order anything. I received not matching green mobile phone case and mobile phone bag as was advertised. I sent them photos of what I received and they told me both was green. The bag was green but the case was olive. Clearly could see not the same colour.
Another phone case I received from this business was poor quality which is why I ordered the above.
Will NEVER order from this business again.

Just out of the box received today....my phone case they sent me had MULTIPLE SCRATCHES in it....and it was over the camera section yet... ugh...
I have been ripped off!

This company is a scam.
I ordered 2 nice genuine leather organizer for the trunk of the car they showed in the fotos and when I received the items they were completely different in size appearance and quality

1) When you have in a site a photo of small medium and large items you assume that, when you order the “L” it will be the big one.
After receiving the item I check the measures and they are correct it was the “medium in the photo” that was intentional bad publicity, and not ok, but we can say it was my mistake because measures were there in the end of the description, pages down…
But the seriou problem was that what I received had absolutely nothing to do with the item in the photo in their site:
Is was not in genuine leather
The quality was very bad
The printing was completely different and inferior quality
The sewing and the closing doen’t exist

So…not genuine leather, different from the description in the site, not the same quality, not the same printing, not the same format, not the same image.
In resume: NOT THE SAME PRODUT and a very bad falsification.
I payed 199€ for something that should cost about 50€ or less…
When I contact them they said the item was what I ordered and that I could send it back and receive a refund but I had to pay the return costs!
Very rude and they don’t even care or apologize!

I bought two hats, it’s been over three weeks and still nothing just empty promises that it’s being expedited and still nothing. Don’t buy from this company stay away!!

I ordered a phone case for my Samsung Ultra S20 Ultra it was a hard case with the display on the case when the cover was closed. What arrived was a cheap plastci case that will not even fit my phone as the case is too narrow. When I complained they had the audacity to say that I clicked the wrong buy button.

In October I place an order with Cocurel.com for a Fold 3/4 for $39.99 I have not received my order # OLI28140 I paid with my debt card I got a chat from Cocurel telling me the package was pick up. But not by me Beatrice Ducre

Sent $50. They sent me wrong item. Wont refund but haggled to get $15.

The item ordered from Breedil (case for a cell phone) is NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED. Very Poor Quality.
Goodidealshop.com is the email given for Breedil on the order information. Ordered 1/27/2023 and received 3/17/2023 and It is Not What Was described when ordered. Now this Company Website is Not Accessible.

I bought a phone case and a car phone holder. The ads for the phone case showed it being hit with a hammer and scratch with a knife. It also said that it will protect a drop from 5 feet. The phone holder won't work with fingerprints. Also, my phone slipped out of my hand from about 3 feet and the case broke, but the phone didn't. I felt that the case was unbreakable as the ads showed. I have been in touch with them via e-mail and they said that they will not refund my money. I even sent pictures of the broken case. The name of the company that I saw the ads of was Lovreko.
