Disappointing company that refuses to replace incorrectly sent IPhone case, I ordered IPhone 13PRO case and received IPhone 13 case so does not fit
Disappointing when they promised fantastic service and ignore the customer and refuse to admit there mistake

I bought a case for it for iPhone 13 Pro Max I thought it was protecting the whole front phone but I only got part of it and then the case did not fit my phone and I have no way to send an email or to contact these people I would not buy anything from this company ever again

These people are rip offs,DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! You will not receive what you ordered,and if you receive anything from these people it will be something completely different from what you ordered. I have emailed them numerous times and have gotten no response. I will putting it out there on Google as well. Bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 phone cases for $85.00 and some change,took atleast 2 + weeks to get what I didn't ordered. God will definitely punish them.

Bought a IPhone 13 pro max case order it September 3rd. received it on the 26 of September. did not get all of the case messing parts after shipping I payed 32.98 waste of money do not buy anything from these people!!!! I want my money back but no way to ship it or who to ship it to. the case is a piece of junk. wanted to comment on facebook but they have me block.

Don't buy from this dealer as they don't respect their customers and don't give good aftrsale services. If you buy from them you will for sure get you item broken or scratched like what happened to me. They communicated with me that they will compensate me with an amount less than 20% of the purchased amount which noone will accept and the items are not as they promote.

My advice and take from experience to with supplier never ever again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could! Ordered 2 Phone cases, 1 was wrong color, the other was missing parts. I emailed them 4 times to let them know, even sent photos and screen shots of my order and each time they gave me nonsense replies and never tried to offer a solution! Customer service is horrible! Forget getting anywhere with them! No refunds, exchanges or returns like stated on the website. This business needs shut down! DO NOT BUY FROM DZAVID!

so I ordered a phone case for my 1phone13 pro max over a month ago first they mailed it to the wrong address ihve emailed them 4 times asking for my product or a refund still nothing ..... This is bad business..... if only they had a phone number

What is advertised and what one receives are completely different. The item as listed as leather with buckle closures. The item is not even pleather and has velcro for closing the top. Expensive lesson having received a piece of junk.

Total scam. I paid $42 for a galaxy S ultra that broke in literally two days. I've spent the last 5 months attempting to get a replacement or my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

SCAM, they NEVER send to you the proper product.
They never respond anything useful.
The take your money and simply run away with it.
I you are lucky, they will send (months later) something different. If you complain, the reply your emails (late, always too late) saying something in Chinese.

So horrible. Got an "indestructible" phone case from them, it broke. Trying to organise return & full refund has been an absolute nightmare. I'm still trying as their latest offer is about £6 short of full. Not ideal but might just be best to give up.

As that's what this fake seller deserves. Don't be fooled by their Instagram marketing or other things they show you on social. It's fake, no product is ever shipped, there is no contact or service, you're basically going to lose money as I did.

I ordered the 13 pro max metal case and a 12 pro max metal case and what they sent was 2 flimsy plastic cases..no metal whatsoever and nothing resembling their advertisement..everything was fake!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FORM THESE GUYS, I bought a phone case after seeing their add on tik tok and its been over a month and nothing has been delivered and communication has been very limited. These guys need to be reported for theft and false advertising.

I placed an order inside of a "shopping Cart" on their website. Decided not to complete the order...maybe a gut feeling...just did not want to do business with these guys. Well, that order was placed in the cart on June 10, 2022. It is now July 22, 2022 and they will not stop emailing me about "items in my cart". I tried to go back on to delete "items in my cart" but the site does not allow that. So every three days they email me about completing the purchase even after I have told them that I would never buy anything from them, yet the emails keep coming. Are there any suggestions as to what to do to get these folks to stop harassing me?
