intially, i ony needed change BUT the rep said he couldn't help me - however, he sold me - 2 lip balms, liquid drops, and body soap. I like the lip balm very much - the body wash is not my scent preference. I will share with my sister - thank you

Fantastic Customer Service But Poor Quality Device - AVOID

I Bought a Calm Vape from your store which was faulty, and I would like to thank you for getting back to me within 1 hour of my review and for replacing the vape for me. The replacement initially worked far better than the one which initially caused the discontentment, so in light of that, I would like to thank you for your rapid turnaround and fantastic customer service.
However, the replacement Vape has presented with the same issue, and It has only been just over a week.
It is abundantly clear that your vape units are far substandard. I would suggest that you remove your Vape units from the market until you have been able to sufficiently develop a good quality product.
Please understand that your CBD Oil in the Vape is great, and your staff are well trained and your customer service is phenomenal, but the Vape units are letting you down.
This kind of issue is not going to help you retain customers no-matter how many times you replace the unit.
I just wish I had kept the till slip so that I could get a refund of my money (as the replacement has just frustrated me further)
Good luck with the future. You will not be seeing or hearing from me again.
For anyone considering trying the Goodleaf vapes - I would highly reccommend that you find an alternative, as it is just not worth the frustration

There have been selected cases of technical issues with our vape pens in transit. We’re currently in the process of overhauling our vapes, based on customer reviews, so please keep an eye out for our relaunched product.

We will gladly refund you for the vape, and as we have a record of the original sale on our side there will be no need to produce any receipt and we will refund the card you paid with.

Vapes are a winner!

Very happy with my purchase. The vapes are very effective. Only 4 stars because I had a birthday voucher that I couldn't use at the kiosk. I was told that it's only valid for online purchases but vapes have been out of stock online for months.
