Originally, I expressed concerns about a delayed order placed on February 24th, intended as a gift for my son. To my disappointment, after a week with no dispatch notification and unanswered emails, I left a review. However, I'm pleased to report that the owner promptly reached out, apologised sincerely, and offered a partial refund to address the issue. The order finally arrived today, (phew!) beautifully packaged with a thoughtful handwritten thank you note. While the initial experience caused some worry, the owner's responsiveness and the final presentation turned things around.

Placed my order a week ago. It's a gift for my son's birthday. Haven't received any notification that it's on it's way as yet. I've emailed the company and waiting for a response. Fingers crossed it arrives!
