First of all. I used to design and build datacenters.

I had a pressure sensor go bad. I had already replaced it with a generic one from Amazon. That failed after a month and was easily returned. I chose to go with a genuine Goodman part. GoodmanParts.net had a 4.7 star rating on Google. So I ordered the genuine part. I asked for ground shipping because we are in a 3 day UPS ground zone. It took 12 days to get the part. The part failed in less than 24 hours. To try to get the sensor working I replaced the hose with silicone and added special hose clamps. Very few professionals would have considered doing that.

I contacted GoodmanParts.net by phone. They told me that the warranty was voided because I am no longer a licensed professional. Its 1 screw, 2 wires and a hose. A 5yo could do it. No return, no refund, nutin!

The plot thickens. I wanted to add a Google review. No can do! Its not even an option! Even Google AI says to use Trustpilot!

In conclusion: I wouldn't touch them with a thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole!

Be careful with the shipping practices here. The website advertises fast shipping, but that has not been my experience. They charge two to three times more than what shipping actually costs, and if you want your order to arrive within a reasonable time frame, you're pushed toward paying an extremely high rate. When I called to address the issue, the blame was placed entirely on the carriers with no accountability taken. As a business owner who ships products daily, I know what realistic shipping costs look like—this isn’t it.

This company sells defective parts. The parts are defective on arrival. Then they argue it needs to be installed by a licensed HVAC technician to prove it's defective. It's just a big run around to sell bad parts, offer zero customer support, and rob you of your money. Toss your money in the trash can, you’ll get more satisfaction. Joke of a business.

You absolutely can never get anyone on the phone, spent $75.00 for 2 day Fed Ex delivery, received the order 5 days later.

Ordered parts online + FedEx shipping on a Friday for Saturday delivery, shipping charge was $158. When my order was confirmed it had been changed to UPS shipping 3 days later. Said they would only refund me $20 for the shipping and were extremely argumentative and rude.

Wish I had read their reviews first. They confirmed my order via email. Two days later I checked the status bc the part should have arrived. I had to go to their system to find out they canceled the order! I never received an email about that! And they canceled it because ... wait for it ... I didn't supply a valid phone number. Guess what, you all lost a sale bc I don't want to give you my phone number. Good riddance.

Sent faulty valve and when you call to return the item they give you the run around with technical support and finding a licensed tech to deem the part faulty before they will take it back and offer a refund

Scammers! never buy on this website.
I have ordered na item, paid by PayPal and get no answer or invoice. Thank's to PayPal for keep my money safe.
