We had quite a bit of trouble whilst buying our house with our own solicitors, however, the GoodMove team were exceptionally easy to communicate with, and their willingness to help with everything was outstanding. If I ever need to buy or sell I would certainly use these!

We recently completed on our house with Goodmove, and throughout the process I was in frequent contact with Katy — both by email and phone — for updates and guidance. She was truly the saving grace for us, bringing calm and clarity when our solicitor unfortunately wasn’t very helpful.

Katy was always quick to respond, genuinely caring, and her customer service was on another level. We were so grateful for how much she helped us through what was a very stressful time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she handled everything proactively and efficiently.

Katy is an absolute asset to your team. From both of us — thank you! We always say the best part of the buying process was Katy. She was the only person we could rely on for accurate information, and we would have been lost (and very stressed!) without her. Keep being amazing!

Found a buyer, managed the entire sales process and provided regular updates. Seamless and easy right up to completion. Took the stress out of selling the property.

Goodmove ARE the real deal. Yes you take a hit on the price but if you want a quick sale, no dramas no expensive solicitor fees then do not hesitate in using Goodmove. I am so glad we used them and you will too. Just do it.

We were sceptical and no-one thought that there would be a scam somewhere along the line like we did! I found out at Good Move by chance and I think it was fate as they were everything we needed. A house that belonged to my late father was on the market too long and I couldn't get any takers. I spoke to Good Move, we discussed a price and I was still sceptical! They said they would find a buyer within 3 weeks. And they did! We did have to come down a tad with what we were expecting but when you weigh up the lack of chain, no legal fees, the cash buyers, it was absolutely worth it. Dalia Green was our go-to and help along the way and she was brilliant. She would touch base with us whenever there was something for us to know and we asked questions whenever we liked. She was responsive and honest. It was stress-free until we got the collie wobblies at the 11th hour whilst worrying for one final time that we were about to sign away a house and never see the cash! Dalia got it and reassured us. Today we completed on the sale and the money is in the bank. To anyone who would like a quicker sale with no hassle, I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. You will NOT get full market value - there is a trade off, and don't be upset by the offer which is typically around 20% under market value, but if you need a sale, speak to Good Move. Upfront, honest, true to their word - the Trust Pilot score says it all really. Thanks Dalia and Good Move!

We found what had been a very difficult time for us,was made easier by Oliver and Lucy at Goodmove. Everything we were told would happen, did happen and in a very timely manner, led by us. Surveys and solicitors fees were included in the package so what we were offered is what we got. We didn't get as much for the house as we hoped due to the survey but if you want to sell a home, quickly with no fuss I would highly recommend Goodmove.
