I've completely put my back out so can barely move, these people come banging on my door today and won't leave until I answer, I suppose as they could see me though the glass. I cause myself great pain to go answer and as I explain I get a response of "well thanks a lot for wasting our time" and they just walk off. Guess this is the sort of treatment you can expect from these people.
