Great idea, I feel as if I have a personal trainer in the room, but i can do my workout when it suits me. It's the first time that I've stuck with an exercise class and I intend to continue.

I embarked on the course out of necessity rather than because I wanted to. I just needed to do something about stopping my physical decline! We joke as a family that I have no aches and pains because my joints are unused and in pristine condition so it was a great surprise to me that I've loved the journey so far and am delighted with the improvement in my fitness. The classes are well planned, progressive and at 20/25 minutes manageable. Looking forward to becoming stronger and fitter.

I have done the initial 9 weeks . I have enjoyed it and can feel that it has benefitted me. I have now signed up to continue. I had a small glitch in booking a phone call but the response was quick and things were sorted.

I came back to Goodnick after a break because it really meets my needs as an older woman who needs a little guidance to help me retain my strength and mobility. The sessions are great and exercises are explained step by step. Whenever I’ve messaged, I have found them quick to respond and super friendly. Highly recommended

Fabulous experience so far; did the 9 week course and I am into the first week of the Goodnick club which I am loving 😊 So convenient and can feel the benefits - if you are on the fence about joining would say just do it!!

The program deals with upper and lower body, doing different exercises. it is only 20 mins per session and the last session of the week is a delightful stretch session. You do the exercises in the comfort of your home at a time that works best for you, and the best bit, for me, is that you are accountable. Even though it is an online program, there are human beings who are available for support.

I’ve had to take a break with Goodnick because of a painful shoulder issue which has made exercising impossible. Goodnick reacted promptly to my request when I requested a refund - it was carried out immediately. I certainly intend to return when my shoulder problem is resolved. It’s heartening that a company responds both sympathetically and professionally when issues arise.

Getting back into exercise; I'd had a year where I'd not found the time/inclination to go back to a scheduled weekly pilates class and I was not finding the motivation to regularly do other exercises given to me by a physio. I've found the Goodnick classes excellent. The gentle encouragement which Emma keeps up in the video classes always comes at the right moments. I like the weekly progression table which clocks my attendance (keeps me wanting to keep up with the classes) but really appreciate the flexibility of doing the classes when it fits in with other commitments. Plus, I don't have to drive to a class, or dress up in gym-bunny gear! Also like the friendliness and support of the WhatsApp group. I did the initial 9-week course and found noticeable improvement in flexibility in and strength around an arthritic hip.Just great all round.

Really useful exercise sets, and good explanations of how, why etc. Reminders are great for establishing a consistent approach to exercise. Use of WhatsApp groups is encouraging and you feel like you'rein it together! I find it's a mix of 'easy for me' and 'hard for me' exercises... hopefully will get better at those tricky ones!

The exercises were fun but challenging. They progressed so you could see the improvements. Emma made the exercises session fun and provided lots of encouragement. The support of my fellow exercisers on the WhatsApp chat kept me going. I am impressed I managed to stick to the sessions for 9 weeks but I can feel the improvement in my strength and balance

Goodnick 9week challenge was great- excellent videos with Emma, an inspiring coach as well as friendly support in a WhatsApp group.

So happy to be back following the Goodnick exercise classes. They give great motivation for me to try to do the best to keep my body fit and healthy in my own time and place. One to one coaching and detail are a great bonus and really helpful, making sure you get the best results from the classes.

Just finished the initial 9 week programme and will subscribe so I can continue. Much prefer doing classes at home at times that suit me. Started off easy, but gradually became more challenging. Excellent instructor- enthusiastic and motivating. My energy levels have increased and I feel stronger.

Enjoy the flexibility of an online exercise routine goodnick. I have been exercising with Emma our instructor three times a week and stretch at the weekend after moving home & area last year. Missed my weekly strength and balance exercise but this is more frequent & we can go back and do them again I especially like the standing stretch. We use weights, mat and bands. There is support if you need any help or feedback and a Dr if you have any health issues. Encouraged to meet other goodnick ladies in your area and I met up with two for a lovely walk. Do not feel isolated even though it is done online. Definitely recommend try the exercises before deciding but do not concern about paying as their is flexibility for payments.

Enthusiastic, encouraging workouts. All planned and structured with variations if needed. I thoroughly recommend it for those people, who like me, are older and not gym bunnies.

I can honestly say that the best thing I did for myself in 2025 was to try Goodnick.
I did the three day taster and then signed up for the first nine week course. I have now signed up for an annual membership.
I should say that before joining Goodnick I had never stuck to any exercise regime for longer than a couple of weeks.
It is very friendly community, Emma the instructor (or the only one I have ‘met’ so far) is lovely, each exercise is well explained and gives options for different fitness, mobility levels and it is challenging without being overwhelming.
If you are a more mature lady looking to improve her fitness without the hassle of going to a set class on a set time or joining a gym I would recommend you give it a go.
