Although the programme is properly…

Although the programme is properly working, I couldn't log in into my account and the forgot password action is not working. I have sent an email to ask for alternative procedures to get my password back no answer.

I have asked for an invoice and I am still waiting for answer.

poor services

Good prices, fast order placement but zero support. The serial number provided was not working. No answer from support - I've sent the print screens but nothing. Office 2016 pro.

PS, how can i can add some images because links are not allowed.
