The furniture we bought was priced competitively, with some items available only from Good Furniture. The delivery over a holiday period was timely, with packaging so secure that the courier company even complimented it. They were quick to change our order with very clear invoicing when we wanted more items.

The main thing I am impressed with is the service! I had bought items from another company (Urban Sales) which had some missing hinges. They refused to help. BUT, Good Furniture found the spare parts I needed and sent with my shipment at no charge! I highly recommend Good Furniture.

Bought an IKEA Utaker bed set, Very happy with the product, and the service from Good Furniture was excellent. Items were extremely well protected for transport. The turnaround time and delivery in a very good time frame.
Prices were also the lowest for the furniture I wanted. More than happy to recommend.

Went to pick up a ikea mattress cover which was in stock online but actually out of stock. They recommended another product which is was not compatible with the mattress and very poor quality. They declined to refund it so it was chucked in the bin.

Bought a $6000 sofa and chair. Shortly after a year, the cushions started coming apart at the seams. After inquiring in how Good’s was going to fix it they told me it was out of warranty and they could get me new covers for $250 each. If you want a business that does not support the products they sell go ahead and take your chances.
