I will never order or give anyone goods vine i am still waiting for my bag, i have tried some many times to tell them I never received my bag but my money was taken right away, please refund my money at this time I don't want the bag anymore it's been 4 months.

STAY AWAY!!!! Horrible experience!!
Waited forever for item with “problems” shipping and tracking... I received items rolled up in a ball in a tiny sac and received the TOTALLY WRONG item!!! Still waiting on refund!!

GoodsVine is BAD NEWS! I never received my order. It has been 30 days! The tracking number doesn't yield any results.

I love this purse. I plan to purchase another one if you offer a larger size. It's smaller than I thought but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

So far a one star. I ordered a few weeks ago and they said my package was out for delivery. Tracking does not work. All they tell me is that it is out for delivery. Don't actually tell me where it is or when I will get it. Updated 2-25. Finally asked for a refund and got it. Never any explanation on what happened.

Ordered a bag Jan 21. Tracking is not valid. Sent three emails to customer service in the last week, no response. I have a PayPal claim in. Bottom line... Do not order from this company.

Customer service is great in response time. The canvas bags I got in coffee and black were the Explorer. The bags in the Outlander were gray, green and coffee. The two type bags I received are durable and have tons of room for all my stuff and I do carry a bit!! They have zipper closure to make sure nothing falls out (that's a great thing to have for security. Highly recommend!

I ordered a purse but it never came back. Don’t know what happened to the order. Really disappointed

Never received a purse I ordered early December as a gift. Not sure what happened but will be contacting my bank since I paid 88 dollars for it

Love love love it. Just the right size. Carries everything I need. Nice to carry it verses my big purse.

I ordered a coat about two months ago so I would have it for cold weather.I never received it so I emailed them.They told me it got held up in customs and they would send another one.Never got that one either.Not sure this place really exists.

I ordered purse never received it.Credit card was charged on oct 16 Have tired to contact company.Customer service says leave message and will contact you.They have not I am going to wait few more days and then will call discover to return my money.Loved the purse but not this company and $86.00 is not cheap

Great purse! Very good quality for the price. It is lightweight and easy to carry everywhere. It has a middle pocket which I love and multiple places for all my cards. The outside large pocket is the perfect spot for my phone. It is also cute and stylish! I will be ordering another one in a different color and will never go back to a big purse again! Thank you Wish💖
