Very happy with my bargain cocktails - some hiccups with the delivery courier but fortunately the customer service team were excellent and very on the ball and sorted everything out! Would definitely order again, great products at great prices.

Brilliant company, with great prices. DHL chose only to deliver 1 out of my 4 boxes, and return 3 to their depot. Joanna followed this up following an alert at their end, taking the time to ensure I had received my full order. Great customer service.

I have ordered from these guys twice now, my second time my phone put in the wrong address with Apple Pay and I panicked, after a quick chat with Joanna she said she would sort it out for me and she did!

This is a brilliant company to deal with nothing is to much trouble , DHL only delivered half of my order just a small error on there part but they corrected next , but I called Joanne a lovely person from Good Time in so helpful had it all sorted in minutes, I am a returning customer and recommended this company and the lovely helpful staff to anyone !!! Overall good service had a few issues with damaged and missing delivery’s but it wasn’t the businesses fault it was the delivery company but they resolved it for me with very little issues , Brooke in customers services was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Despite a few issues I’ll be using them again
