We was put in touch with Andrew, through a family member. We was having great difficulty in finding a remortgage. After lots of patience and sole searching Andrew finally found us a great remortgage deal. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us. I first met David whilst working for an estate agent around 20 years ago. While other mortgage advisors would allow themselves to be schmoozed by various high-profile lenders, David consistently turned down any such approaches; assuring me of his commitment to only recommend the best deals for his customers, not his paycheck.

We were having trouble with our mortgage application for a new home and were at the point where they had said they wouldn't lend due to it being multiple dwelling property, we had already waited months for a decision on this mortgage and therefore the others in the chain were understandably getting impatient.

David got a new mortgage offer in for us within 24 hours with a lender who he had researched and confirmed would lend on this type of property.

The original lenders then decided to overturn their decision and made the offer anyway so we ended up withdrawing the application David submitted for us but we can't thank him enough for the fast and friendly service we got from him in such a tough position.
