Matt from Reparation Flash

Matt from Reparation Flash was able to do the almost impossible today when he came to my house to change the motor of my 1988 GE dishwasher with another motor that was not easy to obtain given the age of the machine. I was truly amazed to watch this technician use his ingenuity and expertise to install this new motor that is now working perfectly! I cannot recommend him highly enough and what a pleasure to observe someone who enjoys challenges and loves his work. It really made my day!

Purchased a couples trailer recently…

Purchased a couples trailer recently from Campsmart in Hamilton, Ontario. With not having the best credit. They were able to get me a bank approved loan at a great interest rate, no money down. My dream of owning a trailer came true that day. All around best experience. Campsmart, Hamilton is the place go if you’re looking to finance/purchase the travel trailer of your dreams.

Great Service Josslin Insurance

Our family has been clients of Josslin Insurance for well over a decade.

In the long-run, we have been extremely satisfied with the service, sales, and - on two occasions - the claims area. Their brokers and staff have consistently provided value added communication, service, and follow up.

Our current broker, Ashley Brey, went above and beyond in attaining our most recent renewal - and unbeknownst to her - saved our family vacation with her attention to detail. First of all, she attained a rate which saves us at least $ 35.00 per month....but that's not the best part.

During the renewal process, Ashley called and e-mailed me to inform me I hadn't renewed my driver's license. How did that save our holiday ? I was scheduled to fly to Alberta three days later .... there is now way you can fly with an expired license. I would have been turned away and a holiday ruined

In May of 2022 our Kitchen Aid fridge…

In May of 2022 our Kitchen Aid fridge Model: KBFN502ESS which is under extended warranty shut off. The temperature control kept saying that the temp was too high, After a month of stalling and poor service, in June, Kitchen Aid sent a repair man to our house and he discovered that the temperature was set properly but the compressor was broken and parts had to be ordered. Apparently the internal communication at Whirlpool that owns Kitchen Aid is abysmal and after calling every day, in July we were told that parts were to be shipped and the repair company would install them two weeks later, This after having to throw out hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. There were constant delays in getting the parts shipped and when the guy finally came to install them he got the fridge working for exactly two weeks when the same problem came up again and again we had to throw out hundreds of dollars of food. Someone told us that the part that controls the temperature was defective and what we had was a lemon. Here is it Aug. 22 and we are trying to contact Kitchen Aid again to repair the fridge. Kitchen Aid should replace the entire built in unit and reimburse us for all the discarded food. Will they? I have no confidence in them and you shouldn't either.

Worst experience trying to test drive a…

Worst experience trying to test drive a used vehicle in my 50 years of buying. Lack of communication. Poor timely responses. Arranged to meet at 6pm. Takes us an hour to get there then we get texted a 5:50 just leaving car lot. Should of notified they were going to be late way earlier. Had to wait 45 min and the vehicle was a piece of junk. Would never deal with them again. Wait days to get responses.

They have been spamming MY email for months and I finally replied to see if I could receive a small loan as they requested, and this is what I received in reply to my email. "Cause you are a scam but if you want a loan we would have helped you but now you can go screw yourself" NOT ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

MATRIX HOTEL (OLD ELEVATORS)

At the End of July 2022 my son was getting married at the MATRIX HOTEL in Edmonton. Before I go on about management let me tell you the staff were exceptional the hotel clean except for no outdoor ashtray and the food TOP notch. Management on the other hand decided that one working Elevator was enough for 4 Weddings with no service elevator (16 Floors). The waiting time was anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. Our Wedding party was on the 16 th floor. Three people in our Wedding party had injuries one on the seventh floor had major back surgery and also hip injuries. We woke up Sunday morning NO ELEVATORS worked at all. I was not a happy camper, you could say I was lucky because I was on the 7th floor. I was in extreme pain crying going to retrieve my suitcases for the second time. Standing at the front desk was the maintenance man saying it’s extremely hard to get parts on these old elevators as I said LAST WEEK. That is when I saw RED. So to the Management Team at the Matrix Hotel go out have fun drink lots stay out late and then come back to your hotel, walk 16 flights with no air conditioner in stairs and on the third trip back down suitcases like you were in a Wedding party.
So to the staff at the MATRIX HOTEL I’m sorry that your management team has left you in that situation. Management needs to give bonuses to the Woman at the front desk and the Janitor for putting them in a situation you have created.(July 31,2022). I saw the woman leaving the hotel on Sunday who had the back surgery after 7 flights of stairs. The look on her face was pure pain.

Winnipeg Kia, Waverley service department rocks!

I posted a 1-star rating sometimes due to my unpleasant experience with Winnipeg Kia, but this time around, I am posting a 5-star rating for Winnipeg Kia at Waverley. Sometimes last year, my van's sliding doors weren't closing properly, and it has a warranty, I took it to the dealer, but some things weren't documented properly. I reached out again this year. I was informed of the wrong documentation, Brayden made sure proper documentation was done and the van's doors were fixed. From the lady that picked my call (sorry didn't get her name) to Brayden Brach that ensured I got top-notch service and the Shuttle driver, you guys rock. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service at Southlake Ford dealership in Newmarket, Ontario

Customer service at Southlake Ford dealership in Newmarket, Ontario was less than expected. My husband and I ordered a new F150 in February 2022 however the order was not placed until April because our sales person Rick Lanteigne was very lax about keeping in touch with us. I called in May to ask for an update on production. I was told during this phone call that there was no order for a vehicle under our name. The manager Patrick Morrison told us we never left a deposit so the order was not placed. I told Patrick we were never asked for a deposit. His response was "there is nothing more for me to add here. You did not buy a vehicle." We have been ignored by the dealership since then. It has been a horrible experience.

The staff were so busy but man you could tell they were working so hard, I felt bad for them. Food good, nice and hot. My server (Sharon) did great-it was so busy. I expected a delay cause of a printer issue, I was given a bonus starter fruit salad which we devoured

FedEx is trash

I ordered from a very reliable company in New Mexico. I usually get my packages no problem except they used feces gibbons Inc (fedex) to send it.

When I get packages through FedEx they are always screwed up by rough handling. Same story this time but since it was food, most of the shipment was leaking out of the box.

NEVER TRUST FEDEX TO SHOW ANY CONCERN OVER FRAGILE SHIPMENTS. IT WILL ALWAYS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR MYSTERIOUSLY OPENED !

I would like to brought it up to you of…

I would like to brought it up to you of what had happened to us during our departure last Tuesday June 14, 2022 @6:45pm from Canada to Manila Philippines with outbound connecting flight in Tokyo Japan. We were hold in the airport due to illegal transit in Tokyo Japan which was issued to me by one of the agents in ASAP tickets (ITN). We showed up and everything was set up but then we were hold because of that reason as i mentioned. It wasn't disclosed to us and the agent put the blame on me for not asking questions. As a passenger, I just rely on my travel agent and I believe of what she said, I do believed she is knowledgeable better than me because she is a travel agent and supposed to be give the details of the most important during our flight.The crew from the Canada Airlines won't allow us to check-in and not to give our boarding pass because of the transit hours in Japan Tokyo for more than 24 hours according to our itinerary and also in return ticket the ASAP agent said that I have to use shuttle from Haneda to Narita which denied by the Canada Air staff stating that it is illegal to do that. And I was forced to cancelled the flight and in return the ASAP tickets (ITN) they took $400 for us (2passengers) which I do believed that it wasn't our fault. We showed up early but we were refused to board because of the ticket that was issued by the ITN.

Please kindly resolve and give us our money back in full because I think that it's not fair for us. The travel agent supposed to be explaining everything about the itinerary and not selling that kind of connecting flight which is illegal in Tokyo. I just only found out during our departure and ITN ASAP TICKET AGENT they would like to rebook my flight which costing me $6,000 per each person. This is unreasonable and we were so stressed, emotional damage, terrible situation, physically drained.

FEEL I WAS SCAMMED BY THEM (ITN) ASAP TICKETS!!!

May Long Weekend 2020 Comfort Tours Trip to Chicago

I booked my first tour with Comfort Tours for the 2022 May long weekend to Chicago for 3 nights and 4 days. What an excellent tour. Both the tour guide Natasha and Ken the driver were both amazing and friendly. Natasha made every effort to make the tour as fun and interesting as possible and Ken was amazingly pleasant and an excellent driver. I had such an amazing time and was so impressed at all the attractions we visited within such a short period of time. There was also a decent amount of free time to wander on my own. I am already looking forward to signing up for the Nashville and Boston trips later this year. Thank you Natasha and Ken! Patty from Toronto.

HMA Carpet Installation

I was blessed to connect with Hassan of HMA carpet installation. Hassan made an appointment with me today to carpet my stairs.
Hassan was on time did the work in 2 hours and the cost was reasonable.
Hassan is an artist at laying carpet, the job is so professional and well done.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Revolution Cycle - Poor Customer Service

I went into Revolution Cycle in Edmonton this evening. The service was marginal at best. Some staff were somewhat interested in helping and other staff were not interested at all.

I got to the counter to pay for my merchandise and I noticed a sign that said that all refunds will be charged a 3% refund fee. I asked the the person at the register what that was all about and he said that he didn't know and that they were just doing it. No explanation. "we were just doing it"
