No way to get a hold of
Last christmas i bought a sony dualshock controller for my little brother. After just a few months the charing/connecting port stopped working and since then I've written them several times without any reply whatsoever.
That's just bulls**t and i advise anyone NOT to buy any their products even if they're cheaper than elsewhere.

We bought a segboard for our son in october 2015, and we found out quite fast that it was not working.
The company connected us with a Chinese located girl, who guided us through 4 different tests, where we had to take the board apart. All without any luck, just 4-5 hours of trying to repair.
We lost faith after 2 month, but Gooplayer does not react on our repeeting mails where we want to return the board, and have our money back.
So my request simpely is, don't buy anything there.
May 2016.
It has now been 8 months since we bought the selfbalancing weel, and gooplayer has tryed to get us in contact with a Dutch board repair co. that apparently gave up.
Then Gooplayer send us a new circiut witch we tryed to mount, even though we got no instructions on how to do it, at all. The result was also that my sons board still does not work.
I feel so sorry for my son, who paid the board with his own money.
I wrote Gooplayer more than 20 mails, but they are rarely replying.
