Good, But love to see more router based options available using the better protocols instead of openvpn
I like the pricing and speed im getting, as far as i know theres a near 100% uptime.
I would however like to see a software option or manual to make it easy to pipe all network devices over vpn.

Great software for PC
Great software for PC, Mac and iPhone too. Have been using for 2 years now. Find it works well with what I need to do, keeping me safe from prying eyes and tracking my web browsing. Recommend to anyone who wants to be safe online.

In general it works well, although internet speed, which here in colombia is pretty poor anyway, reduces so that sometimes things become impossible, but that is not because of Goose. Pity it was down last saturday which was when I really wanted it but friendly and adequate reply.

A Useful VPN
A useful vpn. I haven't done any testing but it seems to get the job done. I use it to pirate movies off of the pirate bay and my ISP no longer send me mail telling me to stop it.

I stopped using their services in 2019
I stopped using their services in 2019, cannot remember the reason why but there was a good reason, poor customer service more than likely. So imagine my shock when just 2 days ago I have been charged nearly 100 pounds, so immediatley got in touch with their finance and customer support to request my money back that has been taken withoout my consent (theft in my eyes) I have explained to them that this action has taken my fuel money for the week, I have explained that I am a nurse and that I can travel very long distances providing life saving therapy to patients in their homes. GOOSE say they cannt make a payment to me for 2 weeks, their actions have left me now in arrears, there is no reason I can see that they cannot make an immediate payment to me, in the end they have my money.
My advice steer well clear of this theiving company

In our case, we refund your money without any further a do, but this process might take some days and we do not want to make any false promises about this.

it was a smooth transition to win11, I started using it on win10. there are some issues when you use it over Europe some servers are not working correctly but it has worked seamlessly

Not so happy with Goose VPN
After Goose VPN promoted their "lifelong"subscription / protection, they changed this to Basic without any notification ! Many times the VPN doesn't work properly on my iPhone and abroad (away from the Netherlands) I don't feel really protected. Speed is also a matter: not really great ! Goose VPN seems to slow down the internetspeed significantly !

In general Goose VPN is OK
In general Goose VPN is OK. However occasionally, for no reason I can discern, it will take ages and a few attempts to connect to the UK server. Also, it sometimes prevents me from connecting to my Email provider. I then have to turn off the VPN, connect to my Email, and then reconnect to the VPN.
It only occurs occasionally.
Most of the time it appears to work fine.

I liked the old interface and terminology. There was more information about the IPs and "Kill Switch" was very clear to me. You should at least have had an explanation of what it is now called and where to find it.
