No customer service - I feel lucky to have received my order.
1. Customer service is non-existent. I contacted them a few years ago wondering about this 'free beanie' for joining their mailing list (more on that below), and heard nothing back. This time I just bought something without asking again, and while I immediately got a confirmation of order email (auto generated), it took 21 days to arrive. I emailed three times in that time to ask for an update, and got no reply.
2. 'Free beanie'. They offer this on the website for joining the mailing list, but I didn't get one and they didn't reply to my questions about it.
3. Quality. The t-shirt looks okay, but it came un-ironed, crumpled and without any packaging or labels. I usually give marks for less packaging but in this case it feels like this is someone doing this on the side, and the website makes the operation look more professional than it is.
