Phenomenal quality at a favourable pricepoint!

When I purchased my tent I had made error in shipping address and the team quickly addressed my issue. In addition, I reviewed the measurements and changed the product to different unit and Go Overland was very responsive to make the change to my order. Best part is they had the product in stock and shipped right away.

Great customer service, good build quality, very nice tent (Voyager). The winter liner doesn't install as nicely as I expected but it gets the job done nonetheless, and the integrated lighting and charging station is a great feature. Shipping box was damaged, but nothing but a cosmetic scratch on the tent was noticed. Would order again in the future.

Fast delivery and my questions were answered. The only negative thing you say that the explorer weighs 150lbs. Feels much heavier. Can’t wait to get the frame installed on jeep to try this tent out. As a bonus I cut out the big logo on the shipping crate and now it’s hanging on my wall in the living room.

This company has amazing people working hard to be as efficient as possible. Naturally, making a purchase this large can be fairly nerve racking but Go Overland Canada was quick to respond to all my emails and make the process as smooth as possible. I am now proudly a lifetime customer. The tent is very high quality in every area, you can easily tell that these are designed by campers, for campers.

The Go Overland team provided me with quick information regarding multiple tents to help me determine what would best fit my needs, includes great accessories with their tent that other companies charge extra for and shipped within 24 hours! The tent (Expedition XL) arrived quickly and well protected in a wooden crate with ample padding. I can't wait to get some trips on the books with this tent!

Amazing experience!

From the ordering, to receiving, this process has been very good. The tent came in sturdy packaging and everything I needed was right there, including handy online instructions. We had the tent up and ready in under 30 minutes.

Quick delivery great product

What impressed me the most was the quality of the products. Rigid and robust so they can take the harsh environments and abuse from use and weather. The pick-up process was slick and easy. I was in and out of the warehouse in under two minutes. Go Overland Canada is an awesome company that I will not to recommend.

Just got my second rooftop tent from GoOverland Canada, upgrading from the Journey X Lite to the Expedition XL—and I couldn’t be happier. The size is perfect, giving way more room without adding unnecessary weight. The materials? Built tough. You can tell it’s made to handle anything. And the bed? Honestly way more comfortable than I expected.

Firstly I want to say my rating isn't based solely on Go OverLand Canada. Their customer service has been pretty good. They kept me in the loop as to when the shipment of the new tents arrived in Canada. I had a few emails asking me when my availability was for delivery on February 27th. I was home for the better part of two weeks then. I was informed that the shipment was being planned from their warehouse the next day. I would receive a phone call from the shipping company to set up a delivery date. Two weeks went by with out hearing a thing. I was at the point to contact Go Overland and ask for a return. Friday March 14th while at work I received a few frantic texts and phone calls from the delivery drive that was at my gate and here to deliver the tent. He then lied and said he spoke to me the night before and I told him to drop it under my porch. that conversation never happened.
I had told the rep I was talking to at Go Overland initially that I was going to be away for work for two weeks after the two weeks I was at home.
I'm a little disappointed with the way things have gone. it's not exactly Go Overlands fault, rather the delivery company.
I can not rate the product as it still hasn't been delivered.
