Great experience in Yunnan and Shanghai! Our tour was patiently and carefully organised according to our requests and needs. Last minute change requests were always met with a smile and the whole team that supported us 24/7 online and in loco (including drivers and guides) was just fantastic and always so kind.
A tip to other travellers: if you want an English-speaking guide every day make sure to specify it.

We planed our trip for three months and at the end, it was just perfect. Our contact Miffy did not get tired to personalize and adjust the tour several times, trying to meet our interests and expactations. She did an awesome job! Cici and Sherry are amazing. They helped us plan a trip of a lifetime and were always there for us with any request we had. We visited places off the beaten track meeting ethnic people. The drivers we had were lovely trying to help us though they do not speak much English. Everything was perfect.

Made a booking for a solo trip, at first expected it to be just like any other tour where the tour operator just drop you off and let you be. But I made a friend instead who accompanied me most of the time and allowing me to fully experience the trip.

It was a short two-day tour to Lake Lugu. The tour operator provided us with a super professional, kind, and attentive driver. They accommodated us in practically every way.

We booked a 3 days trip to Jingmai tea mountain. It was so good ! Ee had a privat tour and they listened very good to our ideas.
We had a very good and kind driver. Saw the golden pagode, hiking to old tea tree and holy places, did a teaworkshop. Realy not to long or boring. Visit old villages, saw amazing views and drunk good cappuccino and had teriffic lunches. It was realy worth the money and not expensive.

We just did a 3D2N tour to Qingyuan Quangzhou . We are very happy with the whole process . Fiona was the 1st person of contact n she was amazing ; helping me to gain trust because this is my 1st time in China Guangzhou.She is very prompt in reply . I found this company through her tik tok . Our driver n guide is a delightful man Nicholas , who goes his way to make us feel very comfortable . He is a down to earth guy, happy go lucky personality , caring n compassionate for oldies like us ; willing to go the extra mile n honest . We highly recommend this company to everyone. We visited Shanghai with the guidance of GOPAGODA travel I am very grateful for everyone that offered their services, everyone, without exception was amazing they made our trip 100% better even through a language barrier. Did a free and easy customized 8 days covering essential Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou. From airport and high-speed train stations pickup and drop off at hotels, the whole operation was done in top notch precision. Vital information were provided timely for all high speed train journeys from Shanghai-Hangzhou-Suzhou and back to Shanghai during the 8 days. Each city, GoPagodaTravel with their extensive China networks were able to provide a local enthusiastic young guide. As a senior citizen couple, we were provided with a caring, young and attentive guide that attends to our needs and a great companion in each new city.

We felt highly treasured like a family. All guides went beyond the call of duty with their personal time. I highly recommend GoPagodaTravel for all especially to none Chinese speaking guest. WeChat app was well utilized as a central communication channel with a very dedicated co-ordinator(CICI). She is literally available on 24/7. Not that I used it 24/7 but from my personal interaction with her, I knew her commitment. There is plenty of TRUST in both ways. Well Done GoPagodaTravel. Highly Recommended.

Our recent trip to Guangzhou was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from the Gopagoda team. We were a group of nine guests, and Gopagoda arranged a comfortable coaster for two days — perfect for big groups who want to explore the city together with ease and comfort.
The agency also helped us book tickets for the Pearl River Cruise and the Bubble Tram at Canton Tower, both must-do experiences in Guangzhou. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free.
What truly set them apart was how they handled an emergency. On our very first day, two of my friends (a husband and wife) accidentally left a bag at the airport containing their passports, wallets, credit cards, and money after being stopped by customs. I contacted Gopagoda immediately, and they responded swiftly and professionally. Within minutes, they arranged a driver from our hotel to take my friends back to the airport — and before my friends even arrived, the agency had already found the bag and informed me! Incredible service!
Our driver for the two days was always punctual, polite, and reliable. Shawn, my first contact at Gopagoda, promptly answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to book a local guide in addition to the driver. This way, the driver can focus on driving and parking, while the guide assists guests with directions, attractions, and ticket pickups — saving time and making the experience even more seamless.
Overall, Gopagoda exceeded all our expectations — trustworthy, organized, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Guangzhou, especially for families or large groups. They truly made our trip stress-free and memorable!

We visited amazing places. Old village in the middle of the forest and tea plantation. Super good experience. Our driver was special and also the agency organithed everything good.
Just a little negative thing: for the price we paid, we thought we had an eanglish-speaking guide and not only the driver with us (we talked only with google translate or wechat)

Great experience! We got recommended this agency and chose to do a 4 days trip with a private driver and for 1 day an English-speaking guide. We always felt safe and we could choose how much time to spend on each location, hence having the flexibility we wanted. Prices were fair considering what we were asking for. Would definitely recommend it!

Great tour operator for our trip in west Sichuan. They organized a customized tour for us, and where very flexible also for last minute change during our trip. Although our driver did not speak english, the organizers were always available via wechat to answer all our questions and solve our problem. Surely recommended!
