This is not a bank but a scam

I and my husband has been dealing with this so-called “digital bank” for almost a year, I have personally watched the stress, financial loss, and emotional damage this company has caused our family. For 11 months, my husband has been met with endless excuses, failed withdrawals, hidden fees, delayed responses, and a system clearly designed to make customers keep paying without ever accessing their own money.

What concerns me most is that this company presents itself as a legitimate bank, yet they are not properly licensed to operate as one in the UK. Every attempt to withdraw funds comes with another obstacle, another payment, or another excuse. They even charge outrageous fees for basic account actions that real banks would never handle this way.

We have records of every transaction, every failed attempt, and every misleading response. The more questions we ask, the more difficult they make the process. Support rarely responds, emails go unanswered, and negative reviews mysteriously disappear.

Please be careful before trusting this company with your hard-earned money. From our experience, their system appears designed to trap customers financially while giving false hope that access to funds is just “one more payment” away.
