Lifetime deal disappeared and support ignores you

I purchased a lifetime deal for GoPDF. Everything worked fine for a while, but then I logged in one day and found my account had been downgraded to FREE without any notice, explanation, or warning. No email, nothing. They just took away what I paid for.
Since October 2025, I’ve contacted them over and over again through email and support tickets, asking for my lifetime access to be restored. Zero real response. No solution, no explanation, not even the decency to say they’re looking into it. Just complete silence.
Then I decided to test something. I sent a new email from a different address, this time pretending to be a new customer asking about paid plans. And surprise: Erhan Kaya replied within minutes, suddenly very eager to help me “upgrade” and take more money. The moment I replied from that conversation saying I had already bought a lifetime plan and just wanted my premium account restored, they went completely silent again. That was on December/2025. Since then: nothing.
So let’s be clear: in my experience, GoPDF and Erhan Kaya are absolutely ignoring existing paying customers on purpose, especially people who bought lifetime deals. They clearly have time to answer quickly when they smell new money, but when it comes to honoring what you already paid for, they disappear.
This is one of the worst, most dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with.
My advice: stay far away from GoPDF. Do not trust their “lifetime” offers, do not trust their promises, and be extremely careful giving this company your money. I’m writing this so no one else has to go through the same bullshit I’m dealing with right now.

I finally managed to get contact with Erhan, he fixed the situation and said they couldn't find my emails.. but also other people tried to contact them without success, so it seems they have a major problem with their email account.
I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars because even though they fixed the issue the stress caused can't be ignored. They need to improve customer support.
