False Promises – GoQuantum Does Not Deliver What It Advertises

I purchased a service from GoQuantum, expecting to receive what was clearly promised on their website. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing because the company fails to deliver on its commitments.

* The service does not match what is advertised – The platform claims to provide certain features, but they are either incomplete, non-functional, or simply not as described. When a company makes a promise, it should fulfill it—yet that has not been the case here.

* Unprofessional customer service – When I reached out to customer support regarding this issue, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses instead of a real solution. A responsible company would acknowledge a customer’s valid concerns and offer a resolution, rather than avoiding accountability.

* Lack of integrity – When a product or service does not deliver what was explicitly promised, the right thing to do is to either fix the issue or offer a refund. GoQuantum has refused to do either, which raises serious concerns about their business practices.

* Lack of customer-oriented support – Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the responses I received were dismissive and failed to acknowledge my dissatisfaction as a paying customer. A company that truly believes in its service should be willing to support its customers and offer refunds if expectations are not met.

* Rigid approach rather than problem-solving – Instead of working towards a genuine resolution, I was repeatedly asked for personal information in a way that felt like a stalling tactic rather than a real solution.

Overall, my experience with GoQuantum has been disappointing. A professional and customer-focused company should be open to feedback, acknowledge when a service does not work for a user, and offer appropriate resolutions—including refunds when necessary. I hope the company improves its approach to customer service in the future.

I cannot recommend GoQuantum based on this experience. A company should stand behind its claims, deliver what it advertises, and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, GoQuantum has failed on all these fronts.

Would I recommend GoQuantum? Not based on my experience.
