Great shoes, very comfortable

The shoes were delayed beyond the usual deadlines due to the factory holiday shut down. This was not a problem for me as I have lots of trainers and if time sensitive would not have ordered in the summer holiday season. However, the email did promise a shoe care kit as an apology which never arrived.
Again this was not an issue with me as I have a cupboard full of premium shoe care products but I can see someone for whom this was a special purchase being a little disappointed. That is why I removed one star.
Regarding the product, I own many similar shoes from Loake and Artisan Lab and these seem a little more premium with better leather but they were more expensive. Be aware that the sizing is on the snug side. I usually buy UK size 12 in the above brands and also in boots and dressier shoes from brands like Crockett and Jones and Cheaney. For these I ordered UK size 13 and despite having narrow feet they are a snug fit with a narrow-ish toe box.

The fifth star is not there (yet): I still have to find out why a cross fold forms below the lacing already at the first wearing. Have I not laced correctly? Is the shoe a little too wide for my foot? Does the tab in the tongue not pull the tongue up enough?

Excellent quality sneakers, perhaps the best in the world. Delivery was unfortunately very slow, but the sneakers were worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Delays in delivery but patience rewarded with a great product from a UK manufacturer

The shoes are absolutely wonderful. Shipping is extremely fast when actually sent. (Yes, it takes a bit for this to happen, but remember, hand made shoes)

Quality of the product is outstanding. Fit, form and build quality excellent. My issue only having to pay additional 50% import tax on them makes them indeed pricey.

I don’t usually pay over £50 for shoes but looking at the website and the quality I thought I’d treat myself. I went down to Goral in Sheffield as I was unsure of the size I needed, I spoke with Oliver who was very knowledgeable and I tried a few sizes and all was well.
When the shoes arrived they were well packaged, in the box there were also spare laces, a bag to put the shoes in.
The shoes are quality, extremely well made, wasn’t sure whether to wear them or just admire them. I tried them on and walked around the house for a few hours they are so comfortable, I don’t even know I am wearing them. All I can say is that I will be ordering from Goral again.

The shoes seem to be of very good quality, and the fit is fine. The laces supplied are far too short though, I found it impossible to lace and secure the shoes with them.

I liked being kept in touch with the shoe-making process!

Great quality shoes e amazing customer Service

High-quality sneakers, re-soleable and fairly priced. Probably the best shoes I've owned. The only way they could improve is if they made size 8.5 just for me :-). Goral are an excellent company who make excellent footwear.

Top quality shoes, slow delivery but worth waiting for. Please revise your sizing policy though, I had to look up old size chart to be able to find the right fit. EU sizing that you currently show on the page are too large to true fit, that means size 40 which I ordered is actually more like 40.5-41
