Do not purchase anything from this website. I purchase a large cosmetic bag on Feb 8th 2026 and I am still waiting for delivery, today 10th April 2026. I have sent emails and they have responded in a sympathetic manner. They just take your money and you receive nothing. It is not a legitimate website. Stay away

What a waste of my hard earned money. This birdfeeder is junk. Please dont buy this feeder. The website is misleading. Make sure you are ordering from the proper website you are looking at. This is a terrible knock off of the feeder that appears to be the one I was ordering. Not sure how this company highjacked the order. This junk. Lesson learned. Cost more to return then I paid. Very disappointed.

After many inquiries to them of “where is my order”, Was told my local post office would not deliver it and would not send it back to them

I checked with my post office, they never received it.

Offered a refund minus the product price and minus the shipping (so $0), and to order again

This is a scam company

Placed order december fifth twenty twenty five. Supposedly delivered to me two weeks ago. Check that Post Office and told it was a scam operation. And that package never received for delivery even though I was told that it was delivered.. It should not take 3 months to order something and receive it. And then have the post office tell you that it is a scam.

Biggest scam ever! They sell the products ten times the price and then add many fees after the payment is done. The products are very bad in quality, impossible to return and they are unreachable.

If I could give -5 stars I would.

Do not order from them they are dodgey.

My order never arrived and their “shipping carrier” is not contactable.
Their customer service is terrible. Every time I reach out to try and find my parcel all I get from them is “check the post office”.
I should’ve read these horrible reviews before ordering from them, lesson learned

Ordered a bird feeder which I thought was a Droll Yankee one, it was nothing like the advert at all, I am chasing for a refund and so far have been offered $10 when I paid forty.

Ordered from Youtube ad, A Halloween mask. I received an email with tracking number and looking at the tracking info, appears to be working... statements like left Italy, arrived at Canadian Custom. and all of a sudden the last tracking location is Inuvik! some 6,000+ Km from Toronto! So that had an email to contact, but haven't received any replies. Then I checked that URL and Norton popsup to say it falls under the category Threat: URL: Scam... Really angry at Youtube (and Facebook) for letting all those scammers advertise...

I ordered high pressure washer and never received it 2 months ago.

The Chinese are storming the internet with thousands of scams under under different company names. I ordered two miraculous handheld mini vacuum and none worked. I attempted to suck out sugar granules spilled in my car seat and it did not suck a single grain.

I ordered a Family Tree chart which came in the mail after approximately a month from purchase. The package came in a tube form from China. It looked very suspicious to me because one side of the tube was broken and torn. Not wanting to open the tube any further, I slowly peeked at the corner of the paper inside, I noticed it was not a chart but only a white blank glossy piece of paper I could "paint" on. I immediately threw it in the trash!! (The packaging from China was received in poor condition and needs to be improved especially if its going to various countries before reaching its destination after a length of time which, in my case, is Hawaii. Therefore I did not have the pleasure of enjoying what I ordered. If it is at all possible, I would appreciate having a replacement Family Tree Chart. Thank you for your quick response. Ordered magic thumbs to have 2 thumbs with 2 lights, they shipped 2 thumbs and 1 light much to my son’s disappointment on Christmas. After reaching out to advise, instead of rectifying, they requested a photo to show this, which was provided. Instead of then fixing the problem, they told me to look in the package again ( it’s. 4 inch see through bag, there isn’t any where for this to “hide”), I advised not there. Then instead of sending the missing part finally, they just offered their apology. Which doesn’t fix the part for my son which was their mistake, it’s been 3 days of this crap back and forth, clearly they are not going to fix their error and I am left with garbage. Do not buy from them.

I love the cardigan! It's super soft and warm, and has been perfect for the cooler evenings in New England. I don't know how the cardigan will hold up in the wash yet, but I hope it will last and keep its shape.
