Customer service is mostly non existent these days. You responded quickly to an email query from me with the information I needed; I had a problem paying via the internet and got a fast answer to my concern giving me a phone number. I rang that, placed the order and it arrived within a couple of days.
So five stars for each stage. And as an extra five product exactly what I wanted.
