Parcel Not Delivered
Until I receive my parcel, I cannot really say much more. The staff have been responsive in raising the issue. However it's been over a week now and still nothing. So I am becoming increasingly frustrated and concerned if I ever will receive it.
If I do perhaps I will update from there, however after this and being my first time using the company I'm not filled with confidence.

Ordering and return system great, rapid response to my email. Would be 5 stars but the order was delivered a week late and had to be returned because of your awful couriers Evri

Prices great but you never get the product
Prices and selection are great, BUT Gorgeous Shop has standardised on Evri to deliver. The products never arrive. My package took 12 days of complaining to try to get replacement as Evri lost it, the only option from Gorgeous Shop was to use Evri Next Day for the replacement, that was lost too. Took 2 weeks a lot of pain and effort and still no product. Now ordered at at Allbeauty instead
