First Experience
Something technical went wrong on the first order. When reordered, everything flowed really smoothly and quickly. This is Denmark and things are more expensive than you expect, that all said, the quality is great. I'm looking forward to things opening up again so that I can visit the shop and talk to talk with people, I'm certain I'll be making some much bigger purchases in the future with Gorilla Grow.

Cheap products = terrible service
Great prices comes with a terrible customer service.
- E-mail address presented is broken/ doesn't exist.
- Same with the phone, always going to an automatic answer machine
No reply to the messages left through contacts in website
Sent wrong products, not ordered.
Sent products not according to the description announced.
Also, paid for home delivery, and they send the pack as bedrift, making me go and pick up to post office besides paying extra for getting it home.
First time ever I get a problem with them, but was seriously my last buy here.

Well, this message sounds really weird to me - Because we always answer emails and the phone. And if we make an mistake by sending wrong items we ALWAYS make it good again by sending the correctly ordered items, and we always give great costumer service. Since you have not put in your order number I have not been able to look up this case. So If you call or if you send an email then I can look into this because this does not sound correctly.

The bottom part of the pot was small size.
I basically threw my money away on a useless product that there was no information about.
What sense does it make to advertise these little platforms for absorbing water that you put under the pot when it isn't the same size?
