Customer service is amateurs with no future

They sent the parcel via a postal courier who didn't want very much to delivery this package, and first returned the parcel despite the correct address and then took it to a collection point 10 km from the destination address (the next one is 700 m from my house).
Unfortunately, the people working in customer service insult people who contact them, reply with evasive answers and, above all, refuse to file a complaint on my behalf. Drama. I don't recommend it, Waste of time and money.
I had to report the matter to the geschillencommissie due to the lack of willingness to reach an agreement.

Sent me the wrong item

Sent me the wrong item. Then their customer service accuses me of keeping the item and not acting on sending me the right purchased item. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

They ignore your email, don't send their products, and after their mistake of not sending order, they blame on the costumer.

They ignore your email; I had to send at least 5 to get a proper response. After over 2 months since the order, they say that they failed to deliver my order because I didn't write my postcode. It is easily possible to ship with other address details even without a postcode, so that is not a good excuse. You guys did not bother checking my order within 1 month since the email and ran out of stock. Don't try to blame me for the unavailability after 2 months since the order. You guys could have replied way sooner, and I haven't seen a customer support team replying so late regardless of the current situation.

Very poor quality and bad service

I have ordered the ab station from gorillasports which was delivered with special anchor/extension bolts. Since it mentions on the website that it’s not suitable for every kind of wall I went to the supply store and informed there. It was possible for my wall. Those bolts are quite big. Because of the bad quality of those bolts it wasn’t possible to get it mounted. Those bolts didn’t open up how an anchor bolt should, they got bended in the wall. The structure of another bolt got just easily damaged while turning the plug so it wasn’t possible anymore to get the screw on. At the end I went again to the supply store to get extension bolts of better quality and with those it worked perfectly but my wall looks now terrible with all those big holes which couldn’t be used anymore. The worst part is that I contacted the customer service, firstly I got a reply that my mail will be forwarded to the Warehouse and after that I didn’t hear anything anymore even though I have sent 2 reminders. This kind of poor service almost doesn’t exist with dutch webshops anymore and this is really disappointing.

Warning, Gorillasports.nl is a SCAM website!

I ordered several products 5 weeks ago. It said on the website that delivery times had increased to 5-6 days due to an exceptionally high volume of orders. After 10 days I still hadn't received anything so I sent an email. I got a standard autoreply saying that the delivery time was now 7 days (this time had already passed). Five weeks later I still hadn't received anything, the helpdesk doesn't respond, and there is no phone number.

Either this shop is being run by actual gorillas or it's simply a scam.

Hi David, I justed bumped into your review. I must say that you ordered in the most extremely busy and chaotic time that I can remember. Not only our company was dealing with problems but also the shipping companies. Hope we will never have times like that again.
We're definitly not a scam and our company is not run by actual gorillas, although it would maybe be nice to have some around:)

Reasonable, not great quality, No customer service, Missing delivery

The quality of the stuff that I recieved is reasonable. I'd say the latpulley works ok until 50 kg- so ok for one arm exercises only. The bench is ok but the supports are positioned in a way you can't get an ideal grip. But after one month I still miss part of the shipment. Customer service has only replied once with a standard email after a complaint over 3 weeks ago. You also can't phone them the phone number disconnects after 12 minutes or so. Also prices went up since corona. Glad I ordered fast but not glad I ordered here.

The customer service is a joke

The customer service is a joke, I'm waiting 6 weeks already for a simple order and can't reach them in any way.
No doubt they are being flooded with orders and emails during these times but please, how hard can it be to hire some extra people to handle this?

Lost money to this company and I don't expect to be getting it back.
Don't be fooled by their fancy ads

Pathetic

After 4 weeks, still waiting on my shipment.

Delivery time on their webshop: 5-6 days
Delivery time during corona crisis: 1-2 days extra
Actual delivery time: 4 weeks and still counting.
