I wanted to buy UHU but the shop didn't have it and Gorilla Glue contact adhesive looked like a suitable alternative. I was a bit expensive - £10 for a tube. Tried to use it to glue some pieces of car... See more

Just no good at anything i used it on

I used their wood glue and is is way less strong than the average wood glue out there. Then I tried their superglue, It came unstuck after a few minutes unlike the cheapest bargain store glue. I just don't get the fuss. Absolute rubbish.

Gorilla super glue

Gorilla super glue, what a laugh. Gorilla can't glue crap is more accurate. My fiancee broke her xmas fairy for tree, simple straight forward neck break. Tried Gorilla bonds in seconds super glue, great only thing that stuck was my fingers. After 5 minutes still no adhesion on the plastic fairy. Probably the wrong type of plastic fairy. Lol

IT DRIES OUT AND GETS HARD

IN THE LAST 4 YEARS I PURCHASED DIFFERENT TYPES OF GORILLA GLUE. ALL WORKED WELL BUT ALL THREE TYPES HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY WERE ALL SEALED TIGHT AND ALL DRYED OUT AND BECAME HARD. THE COMPANY GAVE ME ONE CREDIT AND TOLD ME I ONLY GET ONE CREDIT NO MATTER HOW MANY I BUY. THERE GLUE IS NOT CHEAP AND YOU CAN ONLY USE IT ONE TIME.

Gorilla glue white grab adhesive. Useless

Gorilla glue white grab adhesive i my experience doesn't grab or stick. Used with wood and was absolutely useless.
Use sticks like """" by evostick that's top adhesive. Avoid white gorilla
The brown polyester gorilla great on wood though

Worst glue I have ever bought

Worst glue I have ever bought. Only bought a month ago supposed to be brush on or nozzle. Glue has solidified and you can’t use . Waste of time and money as it’s not cheap. Never again.

The gorilla glue spray is a horrible…

The gorilla glue spray is a horrible product if you’re not using it all at once. It’s has good adhesive however if you only use it for a small job and don’t finish the can the product foams up around the spray nozzle and the rest of the product is unusable. I don’t know if the cans are defective or if the store had old product however I purchased two cans at least two months apart and the can had the same supc numbers and both performed the same. The product is so sticky that you can’t really wash the nozzle, at first I thought it was me not cleaning the product up properly after use but when the second can did the same thing I knew it wasn’t me. I contacted the supplier sent receipts and all of the proof that they requested and they never responded or sent a refund or offered other gorilla products as a replacement. I have two cans that are full that cannot be used and I am out of almost $25.00 total.

Oh you want me to be honest okay

Oh you want me to be honest okay. Gorilla glue should be renamed gorilla with cancer and dying. You people ruined a strong powerful name you should be ashamed of your self's. Krazy glue year's ago was powerful but no more. What it really comes to is you getting your money and we the people get nothing in return it's always about the money. I rather play with sharks than give you people 1 red cent.

There glue is terrible in respect to…

There glue is terrible in respect to longevity. Once opened the small 10g bottles expect a ultra nominal life clock to start ticking and after buying 4 or 5 bottles hoping for a new result each one would be useless and impossible to squeeze out or if you get the nozzle brush combo like we do — business usage—forget about that. It’s like pulling apart taffy getting threads of glue everywhere. Absolutely a joke. Contact Gorilla glue they send you a replacement ONE TIME! and the same crap happens. They have not once shared ways to thin out like orginal first days experience opening (emailed many times) or offer a gorilla glue additive they can send (for free!) to allow usage of a basically full bottle and extend life span. *Why make a nozzle and brush style knowing that glue will coagulate quickly once opened. They are useless customer care company so it’s time to move over to Locktite family and hope for a better result. Goodbye Gorilla Glues.

Gorilla contact glue

Gorilla contact adhesive in tube.
Unless you have the strength of 4 men do not attempt worktop edging with this stuff as it's so hard to get out of the tube in quantity.
I only bought it as they didn't have the usual product I use.
Had to cut the tube open to get enough out to put on with a spatula.
Edging now coming off as I write..
Absolute garbage !

It does not work if there’s any water…

It does not work if there’s any water around the hole - does not attach or stay attached
I checked and was told the gorilla glue would be a good repair for my above ground blowup pool- DOES NOT STICK at all - if there any moisture around the outside hole it doesn’t hold it’s glue … on the inside of the pool the minute you touch it to water it’s almost like dealing with saran wrap. There’s no epoxy sticking- I contacted gorilla glue and they told me that it doesn’t stick if it comes in contact with Water, which is why I bought the “waterproof “ gorilla - do not buy it use it. I went to alien tape, which was amazing and worked 100.%

- sadly they didn’t offer my money back rebate. They asked for a picture of the outside of my repair , pic proof of purchase of the tape , they asked for picture of where I fixed and … after I sent everything … then they said oh if it hits water, the sticky side doesn’t work…. So the customer service is just as bad.

Gorrilla Glue waste of money

Gorrilla Glue is simply a waste of money. It's expensive so you'd think it would be good. My bottle is on one third used and it cannot be used now as the aperture has blocked with a metal pin and unscrewing the cap is impossible - the glue seems to be ideal for that application. 2 thirds of a bottle, wasted and confined to the worlds pollution.

Gorilla Mounting Tape Squares:

Gorilla Mounting Tape Squares:
Completely useless have applied 2 squares for NextBase Dash came and it fall off after few Hrs if that. And as for the claim it's permanent is a complete joke.
My advice would be don't use on any items at all not fit for purpose and as for the R&D on the claims its permanent is baffling. And at a price of £7 for the pack

Terrible glue.

Tried the normal stuff and the epoxy. The normal glue goes hard in the tube after a very short time, if you only need it now and again, find something else. The epoxy is terrible, doesn't dry, and it'was a nightmare for me to try and remove it as I used it in a recess, stay with araldite and forget the gorilla muck.
