i ordered couple of things from gorolia, like the nonstick cookware set and bread maker, and the product did arrive. the prrices wee reasonable and the free shipping was nice. But i think it's an average experience: not bad but not smthg i would rave about it

Ordered a set of kitchen pans in Febuary, over a month later and the items have no arrived. Ive had 0 response to correspondence sent to the company and no update or offer of a refund.

Appalling service and appalling company.

my package finally came and i was like WOOHOOO!!! for like 5 min, but then i looked at the products and was like.... okayyy, it's chill, it works, but i'm nit running around screaming about it

Absolutely terrible company , phone numbers and emails are just a waste of time , nobody replies to either , ordered some lights and tried to contact them for delivery date and nobody will answer any correspondence , so i demanded a cancellation and refund straightaway but no joy , feel like its just another company that even if the materials came you would have no chance of a refund .......STAY AWAY
