Appalling.
Needed my husband’s flat clearing after he died. Gave them a very clear & detailed list of what needed to go. They said £370. On the day they wanted to in read that to £740 or even £1110. I cancelled. Very dishonest and manipulative. Do not use them.

Quoted for work with full description and pictures, on the day, made up some excuse that it was over the weight agreed (no weight was ever discussed) and demanded £110 more to remove (i.e. more than 100% what was quoted) . Beware, on the phone they provide little detail, check the email they send you which will be in junk and gives them the ok to turn up, make a demand then leave you with a £50 charge for no service whatsoever.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DISHONEST BUSINESS - DO NOT USE.

Quoted £300 on phone based on multiple, detailed photos. Sub-contractor showed up and said they wouldn't do job for £300. When I said this is the amount that had been agreed they said "the office always do this" and left. I was extremely frustrated by the situation and when I spoke to Go Rubbish Go was told the price had increased to £760. As this was 2.5 xs price agreed I advised I could not go ahead and asked for confirmation I would not be charged. They have subsequently charged me £50 cancellation fee and the finance team will not return my calls.

I can see that this is a common experience, do not use this company, they will try to extort you.

This is a joke of a company. I hired them for rubbish removal in the garden and a few larger items from the shed (2 mattresses a garden umbrella). Once they arrived they started moaning that they won't do this or that or the other (any more dirty or complicated job they refused doing), all in sign language because none spoke any good English or any English at all.. They barked at me "What what?! What's the problem?" and have been rude throughout. I had no gloves and was cleaning up rusty springs and other bits that came off from inside the mattress since they refused doing it and they disappeared leaving behind stuff I asked them to remove. There had to be lengthy debates over various simple jobs I was giving them. They have no cleaning tools !!! (bin bags, brushes or anything else), they do not clean after themselves if they make a mess and now confronting the firm proves to be a nightmare. They overcharged and messed up their job badly. They do not reply to emails or phone calls unless you really push it - every time I call them they have no record of my emails and eventually they find it ?!?! If you want a really bad experience then go with them or their contractors - handyrubbish.co.uk. Stay away!

I want to share my experience with Go Rubbish Go. This guys are real professionals in the rubbish removal business. My garden junk was removed and my yard was cleared in the matter of minutes not hours. Thank you guys.
