Perfect boom arm!
I ordered now some days ago the SA-20 boom arm from Sensic, which came very quick.
The installation of the boom arm was easy, there was also a guidance in the package to explain how to do it. It is very stable, holds perfectly to the table and can be moved easily. What i also like are the cable clips (built-in cable management) with which you can fix the cable inside the hidden grooves to keep it out of your way.
Unfortunately, one of these cable clips was broken, which is the reason contacted Sensic. I received a very prompt response and was offered a solution: So i returned the defective arm when the new one i ordered arrived, the return shipping was also covered by Sensic.The new boom arm arrived again very quickly, this time everything was fine.
All in all, i am very positively impressed, because i could reach the support quickly and they were also very friendly to me. Who is thinking about buying a boom arm, I highly recommend this one as it is unbeatable for this price! :)
